Dropping Pounds With Cipha Sounds: Is This The End?

Ok, I’m trying to keep a positive attitude, but I

think I’ve reached a plateau. 


I’m eating good and exercising, but it doesn’t

seem to be doing anything anymore. I heard that when you first start dieting

and working out you lose a lot right away, but then things definitely level



All I do is try to burn fat, but I think it’s

about time I started to try to build some muscle. It’s time to get pro-active

instead of just re-active. 


Does anybody know how I can get my hands on some

steroids?? STOP! It’s a joke… I already have some.


I don’t know if I need a trainer or something, but

I gotta start to really get it poppin’ in the gym. I hate going to the gym alone because I

always talk myself out of doing more than just cardio.

I had by Mark Jenkins. Mark is a personal trainer that trained Diddy for the

NYC marathon and had D’Angelo looking crazy in that video… (Yeah, that video. You know what video I’m talking about). It’s

basically a very simple 60-day plan that doesn’t seem too bad. I’ll let you know how it goes.
