MARLO MIKE TRIAL DELAYED; BOOSIE’S COUSIN BRINGS GUN TO SCHOOL?

(AllHipHop News)The trial for a man accused of murdering man on behalf of rapper Lil Boosie was delayed earlier this week.

Michael “Marlo Mike” Louding is accused of murdering six men, including rapper Christopher “Nussie” Jackson.

Louding is accused of committing the murders over a 12 month period, between 2008 – 2009.

According to reports, his trial was originally suposed to begin on November 8, but has been delayed until 2012.

Louding, who was 16 when he committed the string of murders, admitted to authorities that he was paid $15,000 to murder Nussie on behalf of Lil Boosie, since the two men were feuding and trading insults on record, at the time.

Louding carried out the hit on Nussie with another man named Michael “Ghost” Judson in February 2009, according to prosecutors, while a man named Terry Boyd was gunned down in October of 2009.

“As you heard in the courtroom, Mike Louding said the reason Chris Jackson was killed was because he had been disrespectful to Boosie and basically had a run in with one of Boosie’s supporters,” said prosecutor Dana Cummings, reports Channel 2 News.

Although he admitted to committing Nussie’s murder on behalf of Lil Boosie, Boosie is not charged in the case.

If convicted, Lil Boosie could be put to death for the murders, although prosecutors have yet to determine if they will seek the death penalty against the rapper.

In addition to the Nussie and Boyd murders, Michael Louding faces charges for killing Marcus Thomas, Michael Smith, Charles Matthews, and Darryl Milton.

Matthews and Milton were murdered in April of 2010, while sitting in a parked car.

Three other teenagers from Baton Rouge ranging in age from 16 to 19 also face 1st degree murder counts in the Milton and Matthews slayings.

Lil Boosie has pled not guilty to first degree murder.

Meanwhile, local news report state that Lil Boosie’s cousin was arrested last week, for bringing a hand gun to school.

“You have to remember on the first day of school, we hand out pencils, paper and notepads. We don’t hand out weapons,” East Baton Rouge Parish School Spokesperson Chris Trahan told News 2. “The community really needs to help up prevent this from coming onto the campus.”

The teen is also accused of robbing a person in August of this year.

The 16-year-old was caught bringing the weapon to Westdale Middle School in Baton Rogue.

Lil Boosie’s mom denied that he was related to the teen in question.

“We don’t have a family member that goes to Westdale Middle School,” Boosie’s mom Connie Hatch said.
