Epic Win of the Day: David Banner Breaks Down V-Nasty!

V-NASTY HAD TO THE NERVE TO DISS DAVID BANNER

V-Nasty…why am I talking about her? I don’t know. But I am, because David Banner’s name was mentioned. David Banner in true form, breaks it down and educates on top of it all. As you know, V-Nasty has been adamant in using the N-Word, even though the masses of Black people seem to be against her using it.

#SwayInTheMorning and had the opportunity to give him his first listen of V-Nasty’s “Diss” against him on her Gucci Mane collab BAYTL. The Oakland rappers says, “How a white b***h more hood than David Banner.” Check it out.

Shout out to Sway and Devi Dev!

White people equate poverty with blackness, that alone is a racisit notian within itself. Fuckin cracker bitch.

    • NorthDollasTX

back in the gap – YOU WAS SUPPOSED TO KNOCK FIRE OUTTA WHITE BOY for saying NIGGA/NIGGER … even when they try to say it in a joking manor – and any COOL WHYTE i ever knew that grew up around US – just knew off top that it was total disrespect and ground for termination LOL so they wasnt rocking like that what-so-ever

all that … “will you get mad if i?” or “my best friend is black” still got that jaw lined up – ON MAMA’S!!!

      • I agree with you completely!!  I’m white the majority of all my best friends are all black from either the west or south side of chicago.  Now with a couple of them I can call them my nigga and vice versa because we just have respect for each other and they are cool with it. Now on the other hand a guy in that same circle an elder from englewood in Chicago simply said it’s disrespectful it ain’t cool to me.  So i don’t even say that word around him even to the one’s that are cool with it.  The bottom line is every black person or person in general has a different feeling about that word and until you know how they feel about it don’t use it period!!  So how is this white bitch gonna act like it’s cool to use it in hip hop which reaches such a diverse group of people even within it’s own culture when she doesn’t know how a black person from south florida, mississippi, or new york feels about it??  It’s just ignorance!!

      • NorthDollasTX

i phux with’chu COOL WHYTE … based off this statement alone

“The bottom line is every black person or person in general has a different feeling about that  word and until you know how they feel about it DONT USE IT PERIOD!”

      • Southcidal

Being amongst your friends and saying it is a whole lot different than recording it on a song. I disagree with white people using it at any time. Blacks that accept whites using it accept disrespect as a way of befriending whites. Lets not act foolish here, we all know what that word means, so whether its  friendly or not you’re being disrespectful,

      • sorry thomas even if your black friends think its cool..its not,..they are ignorant and do not fully understand the horrors your ancestors put us through for over 400 yrs on top of stealing and destroying our history..

    • MrTroyMercy

yep , chem i agree v they letting these white broad get away wwith trying to be be or saying shit that the fragil mouths souldnt say because of the homos and sissies wh follow this type of crap and think its cool.. guccci a coon v how u gonna do a mixtape with this briad and her white girl mafia but claim to be in the trap all day ? whatever mista fab a mark too … smh.. you hit the nail on spot mane..

    • Casor_Greener

At this point I really don’t give a damn about that word, as long as it’s said in the proper context by the proper people.   If she grew up around black people and means no disrespect that isht is not on my radar.  While none of my white friends do it, nor would I allow them too, I’m not about to get up in arms over some other white person doing it.

Black people need to learn to respect themselves first.  We can’t create a “black-only” word.  that is just ignorant.  If you would get offended by someone calling you something, you shouldn’t be using the word PERIOD.

People associate poverty with black people because WE allow it.  Hell that’s what every rapper/actor glorifies about their past it’s only natural for the less informed to come to that assumption.

      • Please read about the rape, sodomy and torture of your ppl for over 400 yrs before you say its cool for them to say it cuz they grew up around us..GTFOH

    • H. U. S.

Whites have used this word for over 400 years, why do they feel as if they’re entitled to bring us down again?  I’m tired of black people not standing up for something….What do you all think 2Pac would have said to this issue?

Black people, we all need to do a hell-of-a lot better at sticking together and standing up for each other!!!

I see both sides man.  Its like abortion man it happens I don’t agree in all circumstances but it happens. Some times you can say something sometimes you can’t.  I think the ignorance comes from the fact she really think she mobbing.  Cause gargling a few black dudes at trap house for drugs ain’t mobbing.  Heidi Fleist is mobbing.  That chick from Cocaine cowboys mobbing. She can never be any of the above. All she can do is suck off, snort up, and sell herself.  That ain’t mobbing that’s the stank hoe.  But on black people mad about white folks using the N-Word  you can’t sell an image to someone and then not expect them to use it. So whether you agree or don’t agree you know the majority of hiphop is about.  You can’t let white people buy your music and then be like oh no you can’t take part in the culture.  And black people talk about Jews all the time. Arab Money. Teflon Don Gambino going to see Papi. Whatever whatever.

    • Southcidal

The word “nigga” is not for sale, sorry. Rodney what you’re basically saying is that if we want white peopole to buy our music (sale our culture? huh?) we have to accept disrespect. Accepting them into our culture does not mean that we should allow them to disrespect us. There are a million different ways to live the culture besides using the word nigga.

    • LMAO blacks talk about jews another ignorant ass who dont know his history..These so called Jews you are talking about are not even the real jews considering Jesus was a jew and he was black.. Read up on who thesdees so called Jews are..Its a sham

  • Real talk, I understand what Mr. Fab was saying, It’s almost like black people are hypacriticle, myself included because Iv’e used the N word a lot of times. But at the end of the day, that V-Nasty Bitch needs to get got! If she’s mobbin so hard she should understand what that means! Little girl or not! Get at me!

    potbellibeatz@yahoo.com

    • faseforeal

man that gotta be the WORST SPELLING OF HYPOCRITICAL I EVER SAW ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑
      hahahaahahahahahahahaha!!!!

      • Casor_Greener

        damn!!!

    • Dude you have to learn how spell Hypocritical before you comment mr fab is a idiot.

    • Southcidal

Mr. Fab, like Gucci Mane is a clown. They both will bend over and take one up they pie hole for a check. They are accepting of this as way of showing that they are accepting of white people. And they wanna look accepting of whites in hopes of improving record sales. A white man can draw down and take a pizz on their kids if he has a check in the non-pissy hand. lol.

  • and yet we as black people wonder why general america (mainly whites) dont take us serious or give us the respect we ask for. If Nigga is a disrespectful word, its disrespectful period. If you a group of black dudes and you kick it with a white boy or two, and yall use the word up and down, but they cant cause its disrespectful, your pretty much showing them how much respect it is you want. Your standing there telling them a word is disrespectful, all the while being disresepected and giving disrespect. Then you get mad when you dont get respect.

Do what you do V Nasty. Its a word… who gives a shit???

    • So if you laughing with your people and lets say  you crack an inside joke and your home boy and he say ” you a hoe for bringing up that one lol” all in fun. Is it then ok for someone from outside your circle to call you a “hoe” now?

My point is that there are things people in certain circles can say to someone that someone outside of the circle cannot.

    • mike4282

Yes. But I feel the worst IS yet to come.

  • Positive1976

Today everything is for sale, like David Banner said. Gucci Mane being from Alabama is a disgrace to the people of the that state. David banner is taking the high road but i would release the hounds on her. Black people wake up, these white people don’t care about you. If they loved you or our people so much, why do they disrespect the President of the United States of America daily. They don’t care about no one in this world but their own. Wake up people, stand up for something worth while, and stop supporting this ignorance.

    • Dissing Obama has nothing to do with race.
He is African American…Kenyan American , not Black & his policies suck.

Bombed Africa / Qaddaffi? Let’s see McSame do that & get a pass.

      • Papi Peligro

Can’t co-sign the Obama hate.  Qaddafi was losing his grip on power and started killing his own people.  For every person he killed he got what he deserved.  As we learned from the Taliban. No airstrike can win a war.  Obama airstrikes didn’t kill Qadaffi Libyans killed Qadaffi.

  • Mos High

Im sorry for there is never a pass. Bottom line, I dont want to hear its just a word no meaning to it. Bottom line, Im sure everyman has called there wife/girlfriend a bitch either to them or in there head because they were botherd by something. But would it be ok for a friend or associate to call her a bitch?? same deal with your mother, sister or brother.   Bottom line is that ALL PEOPLE KNOW THAT ITS NOT COOL….If some one calls your white friend a “Nigga” gurantee they say Im not a Nigga…..So for all of you who want to justify or make excuses fine, but I will never,,,,,RED BLACK AND GREEN FOREVER!!!!

That white bitcch vnasty nor any non blacks don’t know what it is to be a ni99a and have no right to use that word. I would go into the plight of the black man and the pain weve endured throughout history and on into today by the hands of white society but ill put it simple. If Vnasty was on that BART train instead of Oscar Grant would she have gotten executed?  The answer is Hell fuckkin no because she is not a ni99a.

    DETROIT HARD HEADZ

    • Kokolita

      (1) many non-blacks were called ”nigg-*r”, i.e. dark skinned hispanics and native americans and is meant to be derogatory…even though that word initially meant ignorant/dumb people (2) ni66a, i believe connotates a whole new meaning..(3) BOTH terms shouldn’t be used at all, especially to describe a people who have endured much in the past and when a lot of the people of the race claim to want to rise above yet still seem to allow themselves fall into the stereotypes, etc.  (4) YOU didn’t endure nearly as much as your ancestors throughout the history of their struggle, so get over it and make them proud by condoning the absence of the hateful and demeaning word ya’ll use to one another

      • $17637591

My ancestors were getting lynched back then and we are still getting executed til this day. Ask Sean Bell or Oscar Grant…oh yea u cant cuz they were executed. There are countless black men executed or caught up in the systematic racism of the US so dont tell me about what we as black men endure becuase u or other race has any idea.

        DETROIT HARD HEADZ

      • Southcidal

Kokolita, if you are not black please refrain from stating how much current blacks endure. In comparison to our ansestors, we are the slaves of modern days. Technology is all that has changed. This, not change in human nature has moved us from the cotton fields. Blacks are still the ones that are doing all of the demeaning work and receiving the minimum for their work. Yes we are enduring as much as our ancestors just in different forms.

  • breed500

It’s not the word itself anymore…the lack of moral code, the lack of pride,of integrity that is chopping away at what people used to call black pride..as far as (white) society is concerned, there is none.We have allowed ourselves to be typecast for life, the stereotypes that were put outthere and celebrated by us were a direct response to what happened in the late 50’s and early 60’s.What started with Black panthers and organisations like US.was systematically eradicated and the power of many became the wants and needs of one.For a group of people that have been brainwashed into thinking that in order to be powerful and escape your surroundings you had to become rich,we still don’t know that pride, selfworth, morals and ethics have nothing to do with money, fame or letting white girls call you nigga. The fact that this girl feels ok doing that isn’t her fault..the “nigga’s “around her let her get away with that shit and in my opinion shouldn’t be offended if every white person they meet calls them by their earned name..you can’t pick and choose which white person is cool enough to say it..if she can do it,so can the police, teachers, doctors, lawyers and that sweet old lady that lives down the street..

    • Damn did you all understand the science behind what David Banner was saying?

  • breed500

and to add to my comment..I’m from amsterdam, holland. We have a right wing extremist in the goverment and shit is real out here..however…if you play that nigga shit overhere…you will get stomped out..no mobbin over here..crackers know better down here…that is for your livingroom with ya cracker friends..

  • D_hiloh

    I’m a ni66a…
    he’s a ni66a…
    she’s a ni66a…
    we some ni66as…
wouldn’t you like to be a ni66a too?

As much as people don’t want to admit it. Ni66as do exist. They’re alive and well. All over the world actually. Qaddafi was a greedy ni66a  Bush is a straight up ni66a for some of the shit he pulled in office. Clinton pulled some ni66a shit too. Obama…he ain’t no ni66a. Oprah IS NOT a ni66a. Can’t tell me that Rod Blagojevich ain’t a ni66a. Ahmadinejad the president of Iran is a ni66a. TheTaliban are some wild ni66as that hate us. Alqaeda are a pack of ni66as that wanna kill us too.

My point is…It’s not so much we need to stop saying the word. We need to call the right people ni66as! You can tell a tree by it’s fruit. You don’t call an apple tree a orange tree or call a camero a mustang. If we all started using the term correctly it wouldn’t be so much confusion.

    • You had me with the NWA opening…lost me with Obama.

  • Royal_Chiefa

First gotta say Banner and Killer Mike be keepin it 100 all the time..

Now, as  far as sayin nigga..growin up as a kid your repeat what you hear. I remember being in elementary school talkin bout “F the police” and really not knowing what I was talking about. Then you hear them say nigga over and over and you say it. Like NorthDollas said, we’d say to eachother but even the white homies knew better than to say it..but then..for example, my white homie slipped up and said it a few times. couldn’t get mad at him b/c he hung around us his entire life literally so he’s only repeating what he hears around us..Sure he apologized each time but the point is that he heard it repeatedly for so long it was bound to happen.

Now as parent getting older and doing more reading to gain knowledge, I try not to use it at all. Sometimes I might slip up on a blog and refer to someone as “my nigg” but it’s a mistake as I am human. It’s part of the reason I use bro or old school terms.

That being said she shouldn’t use it at all. Nor should we as black people. She has to know the history of the term. Not just what they tell you in History class in high school. If she had deeper knowledge regarding the word than she wouldn’t use it. You have to blame her surroundings as they enable her to use it. Yet if we keep referring to each other as such we can’t blame others for thinking it’s acceptable..

Just like when females call eachother B**ch but then get mad when a man refers to them as one.

    • mike4282

True. True. If our people can’t get over using the word. That will make us as a whole alot stronger. Period. Enjoyed your piece.

    • NorthDollasTX

COSIGN THAT –  Killa Kill from Da’Ville and Mississippi Banner but cut from that CLOTH myG

  • TruthSerum

I lose respect for any white person who talks like that, not cause its offensive, because they look like clowns

  • The word “ni99a” is a word that was used to express hatred and to belittle our people in the times of slavery and even during the civil rights movement.  When you research the word, it actually comes from the word “niggard” which describes a person’s attitude and character, NOT skin color
Today we use variations of the same word for every race.
Hence black people act like they have no home training = “ni99er” (or niggard)
white people that imitate that same foolishness = “wigger”
Asians = chiggers and so on.

The N-word never meant a person’s skin color, it just so happened that historically people of one skin color (whites) labelled an oppressed people of another skin color (blacks) by that term.
So knowing that little bit of history, we have to learn also how to speak about these issues using wisdom and not rhetoric.

Bottom line, it’s not about what’s wrong with other races saying it?.. the question we should ask them is this.

Knowing that the word is associated with SO MUCH hatred and oppression, forget how many other people say it, WHY do YOU want to say it?
(let them try to answer that question)

In any event, I enjoyed that interview with David Banner.. it’s good to see our people speak intelligently)

  • V-Nasty gettin at David Banner?  All I have to say to her is 5 words “Black snake moan first scene”  Watch yo ass V-Nasty

  • Aaron Davis

Im young but ofcourse as black ppl, we understand the struggle our ancestors endured to give us the freedoms and privelages we are given 2day. I also understand that older ppl(rather they be from the south or anywhere else) have different opinions from the younger generation and sometimes, they can’t change or keep up w/today’s culture..But we as blacks, can’t pick and choose who can say this word. Fat Joe, Dj khaled even Big Pun was using the word back then and who had a problem with that? Outside of black, Hispanics have been accustomed to using the word on a daily basis, but who calls them out on it? So I dnt care who uses it because in hip-hop it has become acceptable and what’s a word but the power that we give to it..Right or wrong, this is the future and dont pick on the lil white girl but let everybody use it cuz they have “street cred or hang w/black artists”. We have to be fair to every race

    • Southcidal

I never approved of Latinos using either, but in their defense there was always a sense of brotherhood amongst us and their struggle has always been similar (beit not the same) to ours. But, seing the history of the word and how white people have always strived to be opposite of brotherhood I find it very sad that we can accept the usage of this word from any white person. And Gucci Man is a coon, he’ll get on stage and rap in black face for a check.

      • Ain’t Gucci already been doin that his whole career though, rappin in blackface??  *shrugs*

  • mike4282

Amen. This man speaks the truth. I don’t listen to his music really, but I LOVE to hear him talk the truth. It scares the hell outta me that we have alot of non-blacks that feel comftable enough to use the N-word freely. I personally rarely use the word and I would rather it be banned. But if it can’t be then i rather it be used in a positive way (somehow) by MY people. To Mister Fab, Trina and ANYONE ELSE who is STUPID ENOUGH think the word should be used by non-blacks (especially white people) they need to google their history and watch ” ROOTS “.

  • mike4282

I hope not….if it be, I hope i’m long dead not to see this ” bullshit” officially go down.

  • mike4282

No, its both. It really is. Now as i mention before, I don’t use the word most time. But I certainly don’t want to hear any white or non-black person use it so freely.

  • fuckyoupaymenow

    V-Nasty?
It’s a free country , not no Taliban $hyt yet , where free speech isn’t protected.
    ( Not saying it’s right )

I don’t fuggz with V Nasty , nor will I ever buy her music & anyone who listens to it should be karate chopped in the throat like they put in a CamRon CD.

     To each his own though.

The thing is , when we go after what she says N-Word , some one will go after you for what you say.

All in all , we got bigger fish to fry , but David Banner & Killer Mike both always speak deeper than their name / image implies.

    Props to both!

  • GO TO ANY “HOOD” IN NEW YORK AND ALMOST EVERY BLACK PERSON CALLS EVERY RACE THE “N” WORD AND VISE VERSA AND NO ONE COMPLAINS ABOUT IT. IT’S SAD BUT THAT’S JUST THE WAY IT IS. YOU CAN TELL WHO IS FROM “THE HOOD” AND WHO LIVES NO WHERE NEER ONE BY THEIR REACTION TO THE WORD! I KNOW BLACK PEOPLE THAT WILL BEAT YOU SENSELESS AND PROBABLY WORST FOR COMING AT ONE OF THEIR NON BLACK HOMIES FOR YOU SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT THEM SAYING THAT WORD! CRAZY BUT TRUE! BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY THE WORLD IS BIGGER THEN “THE HOOD” SO EVEN IF IT’S ALLOWED, NOT A BIG DEAL AND/OR EVEN IGNORED IN “YOUR HOOD” YOU SHOULD BE MORE CONSCIOUS OF THE PLACES THAT DON’T EXCEPT IT. ESPECIALLY IF YOU MAKE MUSIC FOR THE MASSES! BUT I WILL SAY THIS TOO, IF IT’S SUCH A BAD WORD WHY DO BLACK PEOPLE CALL EACH OTHER THE “N” WORD ALL DAY EVERY DAY? IT’S LIKE CURSING AT PEOPLE THEN GETTING MAD WHEN THEY CURSE BACK AT YOU! CAN’T SPEAK FOR EVERY CITY BUT IN NEW YORK CITY 9 OUT OF 10 PEOPLE WILL PROBABLY LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOUR STUPID FOR HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THAT WORD! IT DOESN’T SOUND RITE BUT IT’S TRUE!

    • Breakdabars

It’s always that one. I don’t know what “hood” you come from and if a black person is jumping on another black person for going at a non black person for saying the word then they need to be lynch.

    • Southcidal

Well, we all will be throwing blows because if any white person says that word in my presence whether in a friendly manner or not, he or she will get that azz stomped out.

  • Hmmm, checked David Banner’s Swag for 1st Time ( I can see why V Nasty took it a certain way. )

If it was not meant for her , she caught a stray shot , center mass.
Mr F.A.B. ( Not Fabulous ) took an L too , except David Banner didn’t have to respond , he just sounded stupid.

David Banner wins …but you could see when he heard that diss verse …LOL , he was thinking about a reply , hahahaha!

V-Nasty ain’t worth it & this controversy actually made me check for David Banner’s music….not hers.
David Banner broke $hyt down…especially by what he didn’t say. ( Industry Culture , Hollywood )

SWAG? Would have never checked out a video named “SWAG” on my own , but did just now , because of this interview.

That’s good press for DB , cuz I’ll definitely check for more material from him..

  • Black Exodus

    Part:2

Let’s bring it current. From the late 40’s to the late 60’s,
there was a movement (Civil and Economics) of positive minded people who didn’t
view themselves as  cattle and nigg*rs,
    Rather Educated and Progressive.  BUT
there was a small element of our community that didn’t care what society
thought of them. They loved his word (Nigg*r), his money, his woman and
anything associated with the White Man. (the pimp, hustler, gangster, murderer)…you
know “dat nigga on the come up”. This was a shunned part of our community (the
gray spot)…remember this! After the sacrificing our Great Leaders….Garvey, Evers,
X, King, Hampton, & Newton we had a bunch of warriors with no one to lead
them…this was the start of the Black Gang Culture 1970-Current. Remember that
any LEADER that wanted to UPLIFT, our people is dead…point blank. With no plan
and no leadership the values and struggles of Strong Educated Black people fell
in the hands of the warrior (the ex-pimp, drug dealer, street guy). When your
back is against the wall you revert back to what made you survive in the first
place (the nigga’s mentality). This is no knock to the warrior or soldier but
for every Soldier there is a General TRAINED in the art of War.

  • Black Exodus

    Part:3

With no leadership, drugs infested our Communities (West,
East, South, North). Gang mentality was now the doctrine of choice…and Money
became our New Martin Luther King. When Rap Hip Hop first popped (Late 1970’s
early 80’s) …it was about community, Fun, Life, friendly competition and
artistry. When the gangster saw how much money was in Hip Hop (i.e. RunDMC,
Hammer, and Vanilla Ice). He had to get a piece by any means necessary. What
had to happen was the evolution of Hip Hop and it’s essence had to change. The
Gangster only knows one thing, and that is what he raps about. The Financers
(CORPORATE EVERYTHING) got behind this radical change and flooded the airwaves
with “Gangster Music” and YOU ATE IT UP!!!! No more did The White Man have to
put on black face, we were doing it ourselves. The Gray spot in our community was
now raising our children through radio and TV (B*TCHESAINTSH*T BUT HOES AND
TRICKS!). Telling us how we should, talk, think, walk, wear and WE ATE IT UP!!!
The rap game is no different for the
dope game. Shit’s all good when you getting high for fun/ making money but when
you look back the death and destruction it cause ain’t nothing good about it.
Gangster shit is all good when you banging that hoe, but it’s a problem when
    she get’s pregnant, you gone and she’s a single mother….REMEMBER (B*TCHESAINTSHIT
BUT HOES AND TRICKS!). The Corporate Financiers and the black puppet coons have
done and will continue to not only damage your mind, but your Children’s,
    children’s, Children.  Wake up ya’ll…nothings
    changed…it’s only done different.

  • Black Exodus

They (Allhiphop) still have to approve my first…part, hopefully they will. Just Sharing my opinion…

    “Diamonds” Black Exodus on youtube

  • Black Exodus

    Part: 1

Let’s think a little different with eyes wide when we speak
on the Nigga word being used in mainstream media. We have to go back, so let’s
start in the South. When there was segregation amongst the races,  White culture never cared about what we did
(remember, they considered us cattle). The Only time Black folks saw themselves
in the main stream from the 1890-1940’s is when white folk was in black face
making a mockery of us and exploiting our stereotypes.  I’m not saying the word didn’t exist at this
time because HIS- STORY is fond of letting us know that the WHITE MAN call THE
BLACK MAN A NIGG*R. Many Blacks, from the years (400 plus) of being called this
retched word had adopted this term as a word of endearment and greeting
(Mistake #1). Taking HIS word of belittlement and creating a word of endearment
is false and dangerous… for every word has an origin.   You, he
and I can’t escape what the origin of the Word Nigga comes from. Africans of
the past never referred to themselves as nigg*r, nigga, nig or whatever else
you want to call it. So it didn’t originate from Africa.  So, whose word is this really?

  • Banner is a real dude.he helps his community. That’s hood not being ignorant and dumb.Bottomline white ppl should not say the word IMO and I won’t have it around me

  • ladynamor

Its bad that people think blacks are not complex enough to use a word that is intimately our own. We know the stereotypes around the word, but we also see some identifiers with the usage, it makes some blacks close regardless of what the uppity negroes say. LOL I think the word is a complex word that should not be dishonored by outsiders. We own it, About time we own something. Sad thing is, EVERYONE wants to use it, and we are giving it away. Regardless of what the uppity negroes say…

  • Breakdabars

My wish for the new year is this whole wack bitch group go away. It’s funny how this rumor started off with saying “Why am I talking about her”..This site and all the other hip hop sites made these bitches famous. You gave this idiots a platform to blow up. If you wouldn’t of covered these jokes at all, we wouldn’t even know who these posers is. So don’t say stupid statements like “why am I talking about her”. It’s because you are getting paid to talk about this dumbass.

  • educatedblackman121979

I have a question….our ancestors fought for equality right? So how come it is okay for a black man to say the N-word but not a white person or Asian ? Isn’t that ignorant? Isn’t that what we complain about in life that we do not get treated equal? My whole thing is if she can not use the word then we have to question each other on our use of the word we lead by example!

  • TruthShines

Whether black, white, asian, etc, I don’t think it’s right for anyone to use the N-word or anything else to insult a person or ethnicity. No matter what spin people try to put on it, the fact is that it’s a derogatory term meant to be used as a way to abuse a people. And I don’t remember anybody ever fighting for the “equal right” to insult or demean another man.

  • Black Exodus broke it down!
    Part 2?

The word is wrong …the power of labels.
We just have bigger fish to fry!

  • Southcidal

I’m gonna leave this top like this: Do I need to post my face here to let all white people know when not to use the word? Cause when you see me you had better know not to use it, cause if you slip up and say it Gucci and Mr. Fab can be by your side and you’ll still get knockeddafuckout.

  • klassick87

In my opinion once people like fat joe and other puerto rican and spanish dudes stop using it its not different from a white girl. I dont care if theyre from the hood in ny or if they have the same plight as black folk with being oppressed. If your basis for argument is that if u aint black you shouldnt use the word, then enforce the fact that if u aint black you shouldnt use the word. Its as as simple as that. We cant choose whom we choose to single out then that makes u as racist as the one using it cuz then ur only singling out the white broad and not the spanish dude. When in actuality they can be both from the “hood”

  • It’s like some people just DON’T and WON’T get it….I mean….who went to school and ACTUALLY paid attention to History?

  • ITryMan

David Banner is right. Even more than a lack of regard for black culture, too many of us have a lack of regard for life in general. Kids are getting killed over shoes. That’s how much we value life. But instead of pointing fingers, I hope we all do our best to become better men and women with real goals and real character. Our time is better spent encouraging each other than ripping each other apart for a little attention.

  • I could care less about VNASTY saying the N-WORD because all this does is distract PEOPLE from FEMALE MC’S that rep real HIPHOP and that can really SPIT FIRE over tight beats such as
    1.RITA J                             “NO REGRETS”2.SA-ROC                          “STAR OF SIAM”3.ETERNIA                         “FOUL CHILD”

    12.MYSPACE/ANONAMAS  ‘FOOTSTEPS”
    13 MYSPACE/.JIMMIPYNK

Please anybody who’s hiphop head  do your RESEARCH  on these females using  YOUTUBE,MYSPACE, AND YAHOO.

Also another reason why theirs very little female representation in hiphop  because
people choose to use only 5% of the brain instead of the extra 10% in other words
people are followers if one DJ PLAYS IT  and if its a hit and it catches on with the hip and in crowd than the rest will follow EVEN IF THE MUSIC IS NOT REALLY THAT GOOD. And in my opinion Thats one of the main reasons why underground hiphop is not seeing the day of light, because if its not popular by mainstream standards,  then any new artists thats has potential will not get much of a push or receive much of a  Buzz
     .
Also many music fans don’t KEEP AND OPEN MIND. OR TAKE CHANCES ON NEW MUSIC MANY ARE CLOSE MINDED. The acts that I listed above I TOOK A CHANCE by clicking on their YOUTUBE LINKS,  and not that I have heard their music I will support it by Buying the music off either AMAZON OR ITUNES That way any deserving underground act can eat and live off their music

VNASTY AND NICKI MINAJI is not the only game in town when comes to female RAPPERS. The underground Females   that I listed  above are hungry and are lookin to gang a new position  for that no 1,2,and 3 spot , yet in the long run its ups to the consumer to decide.

V-Nasty and Kreayshawn are imitating the chick MAMASGUNZ all day. She been doing that shit in the A for years. Everybody says that on the radio and in the streets. They are a white fake version of Mamasgunz. Thats the only female rap I listen to personally. The other girls voices and subject matter are all the same.

  • SelmanC

i dont think 2 times about vnasty using that word. she doin her own thing.
i dont like how sometimes we as blacks be like “i dont want nobody to b called a n*gga but me!!!”
if it has such a bad meaning to it would be happy for someone to use it when they NOT referring to me

    • your an idiot just like Mr.Fab and we wonder why we cant get no where.. research your history…read some damn books like European Holidays a Mental Genocide and then see  how cool you are with her saying that word… IDIOT

      • SelmanC

lol im doing just fine. and have been doing so by not being an idiot or by worrying about what the next person doing lol in my opinion im not worried about ol girl using the word
my generation is a bit younger so there is some disconnect
and the word lacks meaning to me. i dont use it but i dont care if she does its 2012 only ppl u hear using it is non blacks, we so clever with our names every block has a different term of endearment thats not “what up my n*gga” so for these ppl to use it makes it mean even less to someone like me so when im in those circles and hear them (non blacks) calling each other that i dont trip for a couple reasons 1 – its the environment. if i hear it i cant get mad…look where im at.. 2 – maturity. 9 of 10 its kids (under 21) using the word. so when i hear it i have to remind myself im in their element and when they gt older they will stop using. now if its an older white guy and he talkin to ME, i would take offense and it would b a problem. but two 18 yo white kids calling each other that, i dont feel anything for that. that something they will grow out of. dang, give the kids a break lol but im going to step my reading game up so i dont have to b an idiot over the internet lol

At  the  end  of  the  day  Black  people  worship  white  people  and  will  do  anything  to  be  accepted  by  them…why  do  you  think  so  many  black  entertainers  and  upwardly  mobile  blacks  have  white  wives?…they  don’t  need  your  bodies  becuase  they  still  have  your  minds…as  far  as  V-Nasty  goes  ya’ll  should be  happy  that  the  people  you  so  idolize  are  mocking  you  for  a  change.

  • BigHitter1

Dude’s right…when do we start to say enough? Perfect example: I was doing some Christmas shopping and wanted to get my son a bible bc he likes reading. Being in the mall for some $2 giftwrapping, I passed a clothing store that had some books in the window. Just to see what would happen, I walked in and asked the greeter if they had any bibles…He said I think we do, and took me over to the book section. The book he pointed out was a mockery of the bible w/cartoon characters making jokes about Jesus and The Father, as well as, The Holy Spirit. It was almost like making a statement w/o making a statement and subconsciously saying ‘Why do you believe in Jesus?’ Kinda creepy

    • Your an idiot… Jesus??? go pick a book other than your Bible and teach your child where he really came from and stop selling him that whiteman’s dream. Jesus why dont you have him read Stolen Legacy: Greek Mythology is really egypitan mythology..wake up

  • I don’t say that shit in my verses because I am not ignorant and I think its some low rent shit but censorship is wack.. if you are relevant then why even both getting upset about a Twitter rapper girl?

  • Also Hispanic MC’s drop that shit daily, why is that okay? Once again I don’t feel the need because its not classy and I am too preoccupied with staying fly.. But just calling it what it is, bull shit hypocrisy and Mr Banner made some good points.

  • Fab was dead on too with that shit

  • Rocktivity

“V-Nasty has been adamant in using the N-Word” because that’s the only way she can sell records — by being controversial.
