New DMX Album “Undisputed” First Of Two Unreleased Projects Coming In 2012

(AllHipHop News) A media company has announced they have acquired the rights to two unreleased DMX albums, that will be released nationwide in 2012.

Seven Arts Entertainment has announced that they have acquired the assets of Michery Music, a production company owned by industry vet David Michery.

In addition to producing a variety of platinum albums, Michery has held numerous executive positions at a number of labels including Scotti Bros.
Records, MCA Records and Zoo/BMG.

Michery is also the founder of Breakaway Entertainment and American Music Corporation.

Under terms of the new deal, David Michery will become the CEO of Seven Arts Entertainment, which will release Undisputed, which was acquired in the deal.

“Dave Michery represents a significant addition to Seven Arts’ business, and we are very excited about the revenue and earnings potential of DMX and
Dave’s other music assets,” Seven Arts Entertainment CEO Peter Hoffman said.

The potential revenues to be derived from the DMX albums are very significant.

The rapper’s first five albums consecutively topped the Billboard 200 Chart and have generated over $35 million per album in the United States, according to SoundScan data.

Seven Arts is also hoping to launch new talent for the label, in the genres of Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, Dance and Rock.

Both of the DMX albums will be distributed by Fontana Distribution, which is a division of Universal Music Group.

Could it be the “Walk With Me Now” and “Fly With Me Later” albums? There’s probably a good reason they’re unreleased.

The headline now reads Undisputed is one of them. How do you know that’s true? I thought Undisputed is his next official release.

Darl Man X is coming in 2012..  it’s all good.  I been waiting for an album from X.  35 million per album from the first two album, now aint that some shit.  I wonder how many other artists can actually generate that much loot from an album, and that’s only in the us..  Well anyway I’ll mos def be looking out for his albums, but I hope they are official albums and not some shit another company is using to generate money for themselves. I just want to hear an official DMX joint that he actually co-signed and promotes.

@BlazeDatIshUp:disqus wtf r u talking about 35million sales??? r u an idiot his sales all together r 30million his first album sold 5million his second sold 3.5 cause it came out at the same calendar year and third sold 10-11million his 4th sold 3.9million or 3.2 his 5th because of issues with def jam sold 2.5million his 6th again issues with def jam so he had to leave them because jay z became president of def jam jay gave him a living hell putting out the album so he went to sony and only sold close to 1mill only in america and didnt go platinum/number 1 with only a couple sales less then he should of had. And all of the sales i just listed r in their first year he made 30million to this date cause people still buy his albums until now so it stacks up
