Earlier this week, we all heard the sad details surrounding the death of one of the greatest singers of all time, Whitney Houston. News sources are reporting that Whitney Houston’s mother, Cissy, is in a shambles. She recently opened up for her very first interview with My9 News reporter Brenda Blackman and said, “There was nothing she could do, nothing anybody could do.” Cissy continued:

“I don’t blame myself. I know I did the best I could for everything.”

Well, Whitney’s ex-sister-in-law, Monique Houston, recently opened up to the media and released the following statement:

“Cissy Houston is in denial and did not want the world to know that all three of her children were drug addicted through the years.”
