Karina Pasian might be on to something! In 2008, Def Jam signee Pasian released her Grammy-nominated debut album First Love at the tender age of 16. Four years later, at 20, she’s got a new look, and she’s not afraid (well, she’s not totally fearless yet) to show us how she’s changed.

In December 2011, Karina released a six-track EP, Trips to Venus. While it does seem like Karina could have done just a little bit more and presented a more cemented visual that helps us “believe” her, this is definitely a good start in the right direction.
