Earlier this week, T.I. made some comments about still being the “King of The South” and not being ready to hand over the crown to anyone yet – and that’s putting it nicely.

Well, T.I. is enforcing his reign around Atlanta and was caught on camera spazzing out on a fan who was trying to take a photo of him. T.I. gave the male groupie a stern talking to as if he was chastising one of his kids. Hmm, I’m not sure if this is the right approach. Don’t you have people to do that for you, Tip?
