Chief Keef Jailed On Probation Violation

CHIEF KEEF JAILED! READ WHY!

(AllHipHop News) Chicago rap artist Chief Keef was jailed after a judge determined he violated his probation for a previous gun conviction.

The rapper conducted an interview with a Pitchfork Media that showed him holding a rifle at a gun range in New York, an infraction.

Judges juvenile Court Judge Carl Anthony Walker ruled in favor of jailing the 17-year-old South Side rapper based on a 2011 arrest for pointing a gun at a police officer.

He will appear again with the judge on Thursday. Sources with AllHipHop.com said Keef, real name Keith Cozart, could be jailed until Tuesday.

Police continue to investigate of Keef had a role in the September murder of rival rapper Lil JoJo.

Chief Keef’s debut album, Finally Rich, hit retail last month.
