  • Who?

Attention bum ass artists.. write a diss song directed towards a well known rapper, and all hip hop will feature you in the “rumors” section.

    • nothing bum about his song, if anything, Wayne is the bum for disrespecting Emmett Till. Aint gotta have a slave deal to kick the facts, art is for everyone, not just those who sold their souls for fame

      • The song is ass. The unknown artist is ass. And Lil Wayne sucks. No one gives two shits about Sean Barnes in the world of 1 million rappers. Sorry.

      • ranfan

i don’t think the carter 3 was ass. that album was no doubt his best effort. the carter 4 wasn’t as great but had some hits. he’s been doing well all his life. if he sucked, he wouldn’t have made it where he’s at now lol.

  • CooL_KiD_305

Diss song by who? Ain’t nobody got time for that

    • gdent

bahahaha i didnt have time to grab my shoes or nothing

  • mydad

euroz made a terrible reference in regards to emmett till saying he wanna change the face of rap like emmett till…lil wayne is a terrible person now stardom has gone to his head now…i feel sorry in a way for him…he sets an example of today’s man…SAD IGNORANT AND NO MORALS

    • Best Comment Advanced Dialogue

Real talk, he’s been in the game since he was young, he’s like 30 years old and the topics he chooses to rap about are to the level of a lost 15 year old…

    • gdent

atleast hes bringing attention to the emmit till story anyway you wanna look at hes spreading a sad story and shedding light on it, im sure alot of people are being informed as result

  • Talking bout the “red, white and bluetooth”… Wayne is done, his career is OVER

    • timwest1000

So is Nicki’s and Drakes. He wont go alone.

      • John Dough

^^^ thats so inaccurate guess you didnt hear that smash hit drake just released a video for he’s still on fire.

      • Lil Wayne, might be over… Nicki is still relatively in if she puts out a few hits. Drake? Ain’t goin’ nowhere for a little while.

      • gdent

nicki sold 30k on her last album…..thats not in thats more like ….on youre way out

    • ranfan

Lol, what I wouldn’t give for my career to be over with having more money than 99% of the people in the unite states haha. If you’re still being featured on tracks that get a lot of attention, your career is probably not over. Drake’s career being over is even more hilarious. His latest album hit platinum. Hell, all of them probably have. Come no now. He just won a grammy award for his latest album too. You don’t even have to be a fan to understand this

      • Money doesn’t equate to respect.

      • ranfan

True, but money wasn’t the main point I was getting. He’s still highly relevant in the music industry and I’m just saying his career isn’t over yet

    • gdent

bahahahaha right his career is about as over as Lebrons

  • The Wolf

Happy this is in the rumor section, don’t give this wack nigga and that other well known wack nigga anymore shine

  • sakiru oresanwo

Can someone please advice the difference in what Lil Wayne said about Emmett Till and Young Jeezy’s line about Trayvon Martin?

    • Joseph Thomas

please inform me on the young jeezy line? not being funny, being dead serious…..not a huge jeezy fan….cant take listening to him for too long…his voice is bout as irritating as drakes…

      • sakiru oresanwo

He said something like “feeling like trayvon martin i’m barely breathing”.Dont know exactly what weezy said but i’m guessing its something similar

      • johnblacksad

hmm… borderline indeed… but still not on that Emmit till line level imo

      • sakiru oresanwo

Do you know the lyrics weezy allegedly disrespected Emmitt/his memory with?

      • johnblacksad

you talkin bout the “beat the puzz” line?

      • sakiru oresanwo

        Yeah that one

      • sakiru oresanwo

ok now i’ve read the lyrics…i think people are just reacting because of the era Emmett’s death occurred, rappers use these kinda lines on a regular so dont understand why weezy’s case is different. If people are gonna get upset they should get upset at each and every rapper who uses similar lyrics in their songs

      • johnblacksad

now, the TRAYVONIN trend… that was not funny at all… white people had fun with that along with a few dumb azz negroes

      • Joseph Thomas

wow….both lines are just dead wrong….

      • johnblacksad

don’t know the Jeezy line he talkin about either… and i am a huge Jeezy fan… i love his gangsta delivery

“you ain’t lookin through my scope, you don’t know my aim” HOooLY SHEIT!!!

    • VentKing11

Jeezy’s line was about feeling pressure, the world on top of him trying to choke him out, struggling you know. He was describing how he felt…meanwhile Wayne was talking about doing what happened TO Emmit Till to something or somebody. Way two different things. Jeezy’s line was nowhere near as disrespectful.

    • Lyve Wire

because ppl pick and choose what to be mad at. wayne could stop a meteorite from hitting the earth, and his haters will find some fault in it.

  • InTheNightKitchen

These Black people won’t let that Emmett Till thing go! Really? SMH!

  • johnblacksad

Lil Wayne has been going thought a lot

    • Joseph Thomas

      More like doing a lot…..

      • johnblacksad

going THOUGHT a lot tho? THROUGH maybe?

  • Wayne so corny he has to reach to try and make a impact… dude couldn’t get deeper than a puddle on a sidewalk, sad shtt is this goof went to college…

  • Nevermind all the banter… When you strip this down naked… How did Wayne even allow his mind to conjure that up, let alone let that fly from his lips?

    • gdent

      he a f-ing genius

black people need to chill out!!! lets look at this from a positive perspective…due to this song getting so much attention as result of waynes line it is in turn bringing attention to the emmitt till story. i’d be willing to bet that bc of this controversy people are actually looking up the emmitt till story and being informed of the tragic incident that otherwise would just be an old story of f’d-up shit some crazy ass white people did….it makes me sick to think about it… but Wayne is a really smart dude so you never know if he did it knowing that it would get attention drawn to the song and recognition for the story. inform the people and spread the news so people wont forget! regardless it has some light and kept his memory alive
