Hip-Hop Rumors: Is Nore Dissing 50 Cent While Riding Heavy For Ja Rule?

Let me get this right. I know Nore is reading somewhere. On a new song, “Pyramids,” Nore says something like “spikes on the LOUBOUTINS is for weirdos, I’m a hood ni**a / we don’t wear those.” It should be noted that on 50’s “We Up” track he brags about “spikes on the LOUBOUTINS.” Honestly, I don’t know anybody else out there running around bragging about these Louboutins other than 50. I think it’s a slick diss! Plus, Nore has been seen with Ja Rule repeatedly. He’s Ja’s advocate!

They keep us talking, but if we stop talking about them then they should worry! -illseed.

Illseed, Out.

  • Jeff Active Reynolds

    50 aint trippin

    • Fresh2Def

Nobody ever heard of 50 doing shyt but snitchin aint nobody scared of that nicca.

    • Snake Husane

get ya facts straight ja already put hands on 50 in atl i was there fool

  • None ya

I like NORE but he missed his opportunity now he broke and bitter

    • 7yoyo7

      Nore broke? Bwahahahaha! Good joke.
He rolls through his hood in his casual Ferrari. Not all rappers from the 90s are broke.

      • HipHopStalker

And You think if he’s in a ferrari that means he’s ballin right ? because he couldn’t possibly be leasing it to front right ? even though he said he sold most of his publishing which is never a good look unless you have a catolog like Michael Jackson,Elvis ,2pac,Eminem where you can make a killing and have your kids, kids set for life. Nore is bored because people don’t buy his music anymore. And for the record I know a few cats who have the new 2013 benz and escalades and live with they mom or in a bum as apartment so cars ain’t shit homeboy.

      • 7yoyo7

*sigh* The Ferrarri is just an example….
I worked for a record label for 3 years in Manhattan and I was in charge of promoting Nore’s “y la Familia…Ya Tú Sabe” during his reggaeton days. This dude lives good, doesn’t exaggerate his lifestyle and IS STILL OWNING his publishing from this record.

Not saying that this si strong “evidence”, that’s just what I know and see.
But hey… thanks for your great opinion Stalker!

  • DeeZilla

This rap beef stuff getting old, just make music matter a fact just play instrumental because 95% of these rap kats not saying nothing.

  • dehova

This is a job for ….Continental Five (50 likes to feed his n****z)

  • Who’sthis?

I noticed that line but you adding Ja Rule to the equasion just shows you ran out of legit news.

  • MrNoName2K

Ok so they see these 2 in a pic and try to kick up that old dust..NORE wasnt clowning 50, just making a statement. Niggas always stay trying to instigate some sh*t then want to fall back when some real sh*t start up…”oh i hope cooler heads prevail” and all that “peace” talk and they the ones who kicked it off in the first place.. Get right Illseed..

  • PhilTheGreat

Having beef with 50 makes a lotta niggas change they appearances. Fat Joe is now trying to be Slim Joe, Benzino tryna get muscles and now Ja lookin’ like he can punch a whole through the earth’s core. Given Ja was in the big house though…

    • Eny Daboss

      n u changed 2 into a hoe

  • fasho

ya’ll reaching. nore is hood and the hood don’t wear spiked louboutins. that ain’t a jab at 50. it’s a fact. u can walk through southside jamaica queens right now and u won’t find one dude with them on no matter how much they love Fif

He aint broke probably made some bad choices but its call manage ur money what most of these cats make in a 4 year period should be enough to live comfortable for the rest of their lives as long as u dont buy 300000 in jewelry to impress other cats who gon be broke in a while too lol all Nore needs is Nothing and Super Thugs. For movies and video games plus what ever he can pull off shows and his family will eat

    Stop reaching illseed smh

  • Brian Andrew Smith

hey @illseed …have you listened to hip hop in the past few years. just a quick sample.

kanye “with some jeans, a blazer and some louboutin slippers”

pusha-t “rollerball spikes, im pokemon, paris shyt, louboutin”

asap rocky “Cause my chain came from Cuba, got a lock up on the link, And them red bottom loafers just to compliment the mink” **red bottoms are louboutin’s

rick rock “from the crispy futon, to the christian louboutin”

jay-z “i am so dope, like louboutin’s with the red bottoms, you gotta have’em, you glad you got’em”

    • Weedras

The Kanye quote is actually another Jay quote… that’s from Jay’s verse on ‘that’s my B*tch’ if im not mistaken…

      • Brian Andrew Smith

        yep youre right

      • Brian Andrew Smith

        “Keep rocking and keep knocking

Whether you Louboutin-ed up or Reebok-in” thats a kanye lyric

  • King Cold

illseed stop bein a Mitch. He aint talkin bout 50 but youre reaching as usual

    Who gives a sh t?

50 is more talented than both these dudes, they’re one dimensional and Nore has had about 1 hit his whole career. He need’s to give it up.

    • thisnigga

dont you dare come at mah nigga Nore’s neck….he didnt have ONE hit, hes had TWO. Bars. Real Rap Raw

      • Mike G

        First cd was classic

      • johnblacksad

      • Choppaliss

      • $11625525

        LOL Ok, Two hits then!

    • johnblacksad

      50 more talented than N.O.R.E…. what a joke…

      • Choppaliss

whas the joke? ………….. waiting ………….

      • johnblacksad

I usually do not debate hip hop with people that started listening to it in 2003

G-Unit got a whole generation still out there… do you

      • Choppaliss

who started 2003? u miss me there :S

    • naledge77

You need to listen to more hip hop fam. Nore has a few groundbreaking hits such as; Superthug (which brought out Pharrell’s production into the game), N.O.R.E, Blood Money (CNN) and Blood Money II, Oh No, Grimey. The “War Report” is a classic album right next to Nas’s illmatic, Biggie’s Ready to die and Mobb Deep’s The Infamous. N.O.R.E and Melvin Flynt Da Hustler were both dope albums. And to top it off dude was loved by one of the best MC’s ever…Big Pun!!!

Also have you ever seen or heard of anyone really beefing with this dude…Nope! That’s because dude has street cred out the ass and he’s a wild as nigga or was. Believe me though I’m no a huge fan, but you can’t dismiss this dude’s contribution to REAL HIP HOP!!!!

Ja Rule needs to stay in his lane though. Even though he had hits most of them joints were for the fems.

      • trilltalk1

      • naledge77

Isn’t that what comment sections are for? where’s yours?

      • trilltalk1

i meant know disrespect or anything i just read your comment and didn’t agree. but i will give my opinion though check for it.

      • naledge77

I appreciate your thoughts on my opinions, but most of what I wrote is pure fact. You can look that shizzle up for yourself fam. As for the hood shit he’s done, if you’re a New Yorker then you would definitely know that NORE was never bitch made. I never knew the dude personally, but when majority of people saying the same thing, there ain’t too many conclusions you can come to.

Also I didn’t take offense to your post at all. We good fam!

      • trilltalk1

know i am not from NYC, but i have heard tails of N.O.R.E and how he got down in the streets. not debating that with you, whats overstood does not have to be explained. i was speaking from the music part of it when i say opinion.

      • $11625525

For the record, I own CNN’s first album (the second was wack), I own N.O.R.E. and Melvin Flynt Da Hustler. I used to like Noreaga, had that LA LA track on white label when everyone still thought it was Mobb Deep.

I know my hip hop, I just ain’t checking for NORE, to be honest I don’t really check for 50 like that however, I maintain that I believe he’s got more talent. It’s an opinion. I think Ghostface is one of the best that ever did it, there’s probably many on here who’d disagree, and that’s cool too… Ok, lyrically he may not be the best but he’s entertaining and that’s the way I feel about 50 too, when he isn’t going at a single individual, 50 got bars, sure he’s no Jay-Z but he’s got bars to make you think, when he’s not being negative.

      • naledge77

I agree with you in the sense that no one is really checking for these dudes anymore, but in the perspective of “NOW” hip hop, 50 always finds a way to stay relevant. That much I can say, as well as, him being extremely business saavy. I also agree that Ghostface is definitely in the top 20 of real MC’s. Ghost’s flow is his own, but the bragadocious rap gets tiresome after awhile.

  • imma darkboy

newsflash…NO ONE IS SCARED OF 50 CENT

  • speedy37

Nore got the education of 3rd grader.

    • johnblacksad

but Nore also got one of the best hip hop albums of all times : N.O.R.E.!

      Banned from TV
      I love my life
      It’s not a game
      The assignment
      The Way we live
      The change
      40 island
      Da story
      Body in the trunk
      Off the head*

*not a song on the album!

Not a lot of albums capture hip hop’s essence like this one has… Nore got a flow that only belongs to him… the album got Nas, Kool G Rap, Jadakiss, Big Pun, Cam’ron, Styles, Busta Rhymes… among others… SO NY like the folks that made the playstation… even Spliff Starr killed his verse! album came out in 98… when the golden age was ripe… album broke Pharell and subsequently, The Neptunes out… i mean, too many facts combined make this album one of the best evers IMO… matter fact i’m bout to bump this soon as light the ‘welcome back home’ joint tonight…

      • hoeyuno

that album is tight. melvin flynt was pretty dope to. nore stays underrated.

      • johnblacksad

“yo melvin flynt dropped, my whole collaso stopped,
        i can’t believe i fcuked up and made a half-ass album

My excuse is, my pops just died, and i ain’t wanna make music
        my pops just died” (invincible)

always wondered why he said that because Melvin Flynt wasn’t that bad indeed

      • trilltalk1

that is your opinion though my nigga. cause i have never been a NORE fan he has had moments on tracks that i like. but thats about it.

      • johnblacksad

“too many facts combined make this album one of the best evers IMO”

        to quote myself

      • EL_BARK

        Nore was a hot album…
But i do believe your wrong on one point. I believe mr. Betha had the neptunes produced “why you over there looking at me” & harlem world drop oct 97. Just saying….

Banned from TV one of the dopest track of that year…..

“Choking niggaz like i ‘m sprewell”

      • johnblacksad

Right right right… see, i ain’t know The Neptunes produced that… but now that you’re sayin it, i don’t even have to replay the track to know it was them… mos def

      • LOL~N

      • trilltalk1

I respect your opinion, but remember this is music so it is opinion. Know facts because I might not like what you like and vice versa.

      • MadVillain

yoo no lie i was bumpin this album at work a couple days ago, favourite tracks have to be Da Story, Assignment, NORE & Body in the Trunk but overall the whole joint is nice. STRONG ARMIN YALL….N!GGAZ btw what you think about Student of the Game coz imo that sh!t was wack af son

      • johnblacksad

Student of the game is on the playlist… i shoud get to it soon…

right now i’m on Prisoner of Conscious (Talib) & Trap House III (Gucci)… tryin ta be an ecclectic azz n!gga… smh at myself

      • MadVillain

without exaggeration Trap House 3 > Student of the Game lol

    • hoeyuno

      why how come??

      • speedy37

Never made it past the third grade,he’s not too bright.

      • hoeyuno

Nore ain’t stupid Holmes. I think he’s one of the few who took his money when it was coming and set himself up. you never hear about tax problems or baby mother crap with nore. plus ppls love dude. nobody gonna challenge nore to a boxing match..ijs

  • therealjjohnson

And of course 50 cent is the only person to every were those shoes. Stop trying to make problems when there are none. In this new Instagram world you have tons of lame dudes and celebrities taking pics of their shoes trying to be cool and sh!t. Chill…

  • Sean Taylor

Swizz and Pharrell wear them too. Beefin w/ 50 gets old…time to move on and make a name for yourself and stop dic& ridin 50 for shine.

  • bigdoe6

Man let that shit go. It’s been 10 years already. The beef was entertaining now it’s time to move on.

    • trilltalk1

remember there beef was REAL BEEF, niggas got stabbed, beat up, shot at and shot. i think it is a lil different then a regular RAP BEEF.

  • DeeZilla

@illseed come on man havnt you learn anything from the vibe magazine. Assuming can dudes in trouble. Example BIggie and 2pac. get it together

    • EL_BARK

Lol u cant blamed that on vibe. That was suge & bishop…
Ijs. U cant let a niggah put a battery in your back.. Ijs

      • DeeZilla

Hearing all this emotional music now a days, It dont take much for these dudes take shit to heart. Just read the article. LOL

      • Severe Thebeneficent

lls you cant blame that on vibe? really? EAST COAST VERSE WEST COAST or the death row piece in blood red letters on the cover of one of the top magazines worldwide at that time, THE ONLY MAGAZINE bold enough to do that…they were the 1st to perpetuate & sensationalize beef in the media…but they arent to blame? battery in your back? you work for vibe or something lol? your like the 1st HUMAN I’ve ever heard in my life try to defend vibe for what they did…hell even kevin powell would disagree with you lol…ahhh the glory of the internet huh smh?

      • EL_BARK

Lol ok let me re-word that. If you or anybody else at the time think a magazine cover or article is to blamed for the death of biggie & tupac, or starting a coastsl beef, you are highly gullable….. No i not buying that shet pac was talking, bout this beef is bigger then me & biggie. Lol pac was sn actor, prolly a better then rapper. He is to blame & him only for his demise.

I give you the link to a pac video when he admitted
” he knew who shot him. He said i seen my co-d in the lobby”

So how & why did he blame biggie for setting him up…
Suge did in fact put a battery in his back. Suge already had a gripe with puff, & went to pac in jail, and exploited biggie being in quad, and use that shet to hype pac up, & start a bunch of BS, to sell records…..

Bishop as he later became, had to much juice to drink, & he alone started that east coast vs west coast.
Its was him that did the interview, its was him that accussed biggie of setting him up, it was him that made hit it em up.

All vibe did was provide a platform form him,
U cant be serious. Puffy & big handle the beef the best way they could publicly, its was lil bishop running around being something he not that lead to his own demise.
Biggie was just collateral damage…. Not saying biggie & puff are angel. But they hands were tied, in that situation.

I read both vibe articles & after reading them both,
I didnt feel like going out & saying west side. Or eastcoast.

Wtf u was 8 at the time to think a magazine started a whole coastal beef, & not point to the person who deserved most of the blame.

      • EL_BARK

    • trilltalk1

what happen with BIGGIE and PAC besides diss records?
