Hip-Hop Rumors: I Wasn't Ready For This, DMX!

YO! DMX is one of the few rugged rappers left. Well, there are more, but they wear skinny jeans but I don’t know if they are actually rugged. TMZ caught DMX (DMZ, anybody?) at the airport, where they catch most people and asked him what made him run around a hotel naked.

What is said next…well, just say we never expected this from DMX in the 90’s.

aint this a hiphop site who is levis advertising too.

    • johnblacksad

maybe they thought they’d take a shot… given that is skinny jeans season/ homo season

      • Inmadopicouroz✓QUEENSᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

hey its ur daddy, crack head X

    • andone

its strictly 501’S on this side… they set the standard for denim dont front on that!

      • Chrisblackusa

Not true…lee jeans set it off in hip-hop…pants n jackets…they would get customized and also tailored made in suade…hip-hop 101..

      • andone

im mean in general… not talkin about hip hop.

      • Chrisblackusa

This is allhiphop….not all general…and Levi jeans didn’t set in general either…wrangler, lee, tailored then guess for guys,,Vanderbilt, sasson for women..

      • andone

levis came b4 lee and wrangler who were on the forefront on the denim inception but the STANDARD was set by levi… and all hip hop in “general” wears the brand i wasnt saying it set any type of trend in rap i was speakin on b4 hip hop was even around

      • KsKids

before hiphop was even around the black community wasnt to hot on jeans,,,material was the thing in the black and latino community,,,sharkskin, polyblends and so on,,the material trend ended by the late 70s for denim,,,now them white boys was big on levi jeans and so on,,,but in our community not so much until the denim craze of the late 70s,,,i was there and was apart of the craze that got tailor pants made to the jump to denim,,,dont got to read about it,,lived it,,,

      • andone

and im not disputing that as u are absolutely right as far as wat ur referring to… all i was tryin to say is that levi is the brand that created the standard for quality denim and still holds its value to this day because they’re originators(late1800’s) who laid out one of the best blueprint’s…

then not to mention many artist and hiphop’s heads rock levi but i wasnt trying to say that it was always popular in the culture… and even tho it may not have been fashionable in the black community early on… im sure plenty of african american males wore jeans(levi) to work day in and day out back then too… never wanted to go into detail or back and forth over somethin so simple jus had to speak my peace…

lasty as the good ole(no pun intneded) sayin goes “classic never goes out of style”… im done here og, stay up!

      • Chrisblackusa

        Peace gee!!!!

    • StreetMediaZone

      i wear levis

    • justmathoughts

      • @Real_SirJamie

That’s how people get “likes” or “upvotes” to make it seem like others actually agree with things they say. Sad really. You can tell they didn’t grow up with friends and/or got bullied and had to walk with their head down in school. WELCOME TO THE INTERNET! WHERE YOU CAN BE WHOEVER YOU WANT!!!

      • Papi Peligro

Wait so him saying he has a big dicc is too much? How many rappers in the game today haven’t mentioned in one song or another how big their dicc is or how good they fucc a chick?

Illseed the fact that this bothers you really makes you sound suspect.

  • TimeWillTellu1

  • Dan_Tebasco

    Nice to see him happy

  • JordanFU

Sad DMX lost his mind. He had skills and was real. Crack f*cked his spot up and he cant stay out of jail. He needs to get out of Arizona, they really want X behind bars.

  • JordanFU

I only hope for him and his to have a good life and not have to deal with jail or the police, or stupid rap beef. Hope he is able to enjoy his freedom and makes music again cause he doesnt drop bullshit, he wont fold to t he label, he gonna put out real rap music you can believe that. Now we just gotta make sure he stay out of jail long enough to record. Its dark and hell is hot has basically no skippable tracks. From the first to the last its straight hip hop. Same with some more recent releases like Tyson by Sean P and R.A.P by my man killer mike.
