Chief Keef Says “My Last Two Mixtapes Were Mistakes” In 1st Interview Since Rehab

CHIEF KEEF SAYS HIS LAST TWO MIXTAPES WERE MISTAKES BECAUSE HE WAS “TWEAKING” ON DRUGS

(AllHipHop News) Chief Keef may have finally seen the light. Chief Keef admits that his past addiction to promethazine hampered his musical quality before entering rehab in November. In his first interview since entering Wavelengths Recovery rehabilitation center in Orange County, California,  Keef tells Billboard that his last two mixtapes, Almighty So and Bang Pt. 2 were “mistakes” due to his drug problems:

My last two mixtapes were mistakes. I was on promethazine, all drugged out. I was tweaking. I don’t sip the lean no more though.

Keef also revealed that the single from his upcoming project Bang Pt. 3 will be entitled “F*ck Rehab”. A music video for the song has already been filmed. Bang Pt. 3′s release date will be undetermined until Keef’s February 28th court date in Chicago to assess his progress in rehab.
