Bone Thugs-N-Harmony To Auction One Copy Of Reunion Album For $1 Million

(AllHipHop News) Wu-Tang Clan shocked the world when the group announced they would be releasing only one copy of their Once Upon A Time In Shaolin album, and RZA later said he received a $5 million bid for the collector’s item. That idea has apparently sparked another legendary 90’s rap group to do the same with their upcoming project.

According to TMZ, all five members of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony are reuniting to produce one final album. It will literally be one album. The Cleveland emcees plan to auction the project for an asking price of at least $1 million.

Fans that cannot afford to put up an offer will still have the opportunity to experience Bone together again. The crew is planning a 20-country world tour starting in December. The album auction is set to take place in 2015.

Reports of tension within the group have surrounded Bone for years, but Bizzy Bone told AllHipHop.com in 2013 when disagreements happen between group members, they take a break from each other and then come back together to work later.

“It’s five brothers from the Midwest. It’s gonna be some tension. It’s gonna be some fighting,” said Bizzy. “It ain’t as drastic as people are thinking. It ain’t like this big explosion where everybody gets mad. Nah, a brother go to his own house for a couple of months and get things out and meet back up like okay let’s go find something else. So that’s how men of Bone get things accomplished.”

No offense to Bone but they are lucky if they get 10 000… Bone doesn’t have the same hardcore following that Wu has…

    • I_AM_Houston

on a world wide level they still do well, its just in the states they wouldnt be that huge again.

  • TruthSerum

Whoever buys it deserves to get their ass whooped. Their are probably people starving to death in your city but you’d rather drop 7 figures for a mediocre album from a washed up group. If you got money to burn like that put it to some good use, or save it and pass it down to your kids, don’t give it to a group of burn outs that spent everything they earned on dope and defense lawyers.

Even if the group was still droppin heat I’d understand but Last time Bone dropped a dope record we were in a DIFFERENT MILLENNIUM!!!!

  • Executive

Krayzie is the most consistent, thug mentality was the fuckin shit bruh. When they stay on some thuggish shit like how they came in they’re unstoppable but when they get on that wack gospel sounding shit hell naw!

      • El Dogga

I mean I dig where they are coming from with the growth thing……but sometimes I want that ignorant East 99….mr bill collector type ish!

      • Executive

Hell yeah bruh, I don’t want to hear that Donnie Mclurkin shit they be on I want to heard that thug shit for example: thug luv, notorious thugs, no surrender!

      • creepin on a come up!

      • Executive

        Now we’re talking.

      • El Dogga

Exactly my dude! I’ll even take “Look me in my eyes”!

      • Executive

        Me too .

  • El Dogga

Um…..have you heard the last 3 bone albums???? I think they only need to print about 10 copies to PUT IN STORES! lol

  • Best of luck to them. I’d produce the entire album for them for just $80,000. I’m not as great as DJ U-NEEK was back in the day, but it would be better than any of their albums since 2000.
