Eminem's "Rap God" Sets New Guinness World Record

(AllHipHop News) Eminem’s 2013 song “Rap God” has landed the Detroit emcee in the Guinness World Records annual publication. The single off The Marshall Mathers LP 2 makes the latest edition of the long-running reference book set for release this week.

“Rap God” was acknowledged by Guinness World Records for having the most words in a hit single. The total number of words clocked in at 1,560 words in 6 minutes, 4 seconds.

Other rap related Guinness World Records include most debuts at No.1 on the US album chart by a rap artist for Jay Z (11), rapper with the most US Hot 100 hits for Lil Wayne (64), longest freestyle rap for Aten Williams (17 hr 00 min 07 sec), and longest freestyle rap by a team for KJ52 Freestyle Team (12 hr 2 min).
