Will We See A D.R.A.M & Quentin Miller Collaboration?

It looks like Quentin Miller and D.R.A.M. recently linked up. Fans on social media had a field day claiming that these two were responsible for the “new Drake.” We would’ve loved to hear this conversation. Remember D.R.A.M. felt that Drake jacked his “Cha Cha” song for his “Hotline Bling,” and Quentin went from saying he would never diss Drake to seemingly taking subliminal shots at the rapper from time to time. Would you be interested in hearing a D.R.A.M and Quentin Miller collaboration?

lol I guess its got the cha cha beat but really? Making a song that sounds similar to another song that was basically put out at the same time is copy catish if you did it on purpose:

“You know, like in Jamaica, you’ll have a riddim and it’s like, everyone has to do a song on that,” Drake said. “Imagine that in rap, or imagine that in R&B. Imagine if we got one beat and every single person—me, this guy, this guy, all these guys—had to do a song on that one beat. ”

Rappers do that already in their mixtapes. I like Drake but really its just the idea to copy…its not like that was an earth shattering idea… Dram was building popularity especially with the Beyonce shout out…. Dram has a point

Did Drake bite his flow? Take lyrics? Talk about the same things? No, because if he did, Dram would have sued him already. It’s a non issue

In a minute everything will sound the same. Everyone’s “inspired”. Riddim gets old after a while itself to me because it can sound the same. I hope that doesn’t start to happen. Actually pop music is like that and it also gets old real quick. Take an idea and drain it.
