Eminem is taking

his ex-wife Kim Mathers to court, in an attempt to stop her from making disparaging

remarks about him in public. The Detroit Daily News reports that Eminem,

born Marshall Mathers, will appear in court on Monday (Mar. 26) to file a motion

seeking to prohibit Kim from making "derogatory, disparaging, inflammatory

and otherwise negative comments" about him in public. According to Eminem,

Kim’s recent comments bring harm to their daughter, 11-year-old Hailie. Kim recently

appeared on TV show 20/20 and on Detroit radio station 95.5’s Mojo in the

Morning show. She accused Eminem of being a bad father and claimed the rapper

was still addicted to drugs. "Complicating the situation for the child is

the fact that her father is an internationally known public figure," the

motion reads. "It is simply impossible for her to be shielded from the kind

of media campaign currently being waged by (Kim) against (Eminem). The couple

remarried in Jan. 2006 and were divorced by Apr. 2006. Grammy

company, Muzikil State of Mindz. The announcement comes on the heels of Gunz’

success in co-producing rapper Mim’s #1 single "This is Why I’m Hot."

Funk Master Flex, Letoya Luckett and others. Gunz, who has a Bachelor of Science

them stars. I never want to put an artist out with the intent of making quick

money. I want to be able to set up their careers and give them longevity in the

game.”Rap

group Jurassic 5 have announced that the group will break up, after their upcoming

tour of Australia and Japan. "After the tour, that’s basically it,"

Soup told Australia’s Gold Coast Bulletin last week. "I don’t want

to sit here and fake around with it – we’re not seeing eye to eye right now. People

see us a harmonizing, loving group, but that’s far from the truth." He also

said that one member of the group wants to go solo, further pitting the group

against one and another. "Some people here want their own shrine, their own

thing. If that’s what you want, I say more power to you. I hope it works out for

you – just don’t come up with lame excuses."
