(AllHipHop News) Hip-Hop legend Kurtis Blow has spoken out about allegations that he was busted at LAX with a pocket of weed early yesterday morning (December 2). According to TMZ, new TSA body scanners caught an usual bulge in his pocket and a search turned up a small amount of the drug. According to Kurtis Blow, TMZ.com is “bugging.” “What is this I hear bout me being busted for weed at the airport? Not true. Isn’t weed legal in California? Tmz is bugging,” the rap pioneer tweeted from his account late last night. Kurtis Blow is a pastor at the Hip-Hop Church in Harlem, New York. Yesterday, the same day Kurtis Blow was arrested, The Church celebrated its 6th anniversary at Greater Hood Memorial AME Zion Church. Fans who watched the premiere of A&E’s latest series “Storage Wars” were treated to a segment that featured rap mogul Suge Knight’s possessions being auctioned off. Over 2 million viewers watched the series premiere of Storage Wars, which debuted on Wednesday (December 1st). The show follows a group of bidders who peep inside of storage units and assess whether or not to place a bid for the contents being stored. Suge’s belongings were auctioned off twice, one in January of 2009 and again in February of 2010, after the he fell seven months behind on his storage bill. Former TLC members T-Boz and Chilli will honor deceased group member, rapper Lisa “Left Eye Lopes, as part of the 5th Annual Celebrity Gift Wrap Fundraiser event. T-Boz and Chilli will join the New Knerds at the Mall at Stone Crest on December 11th and wrap gifts as part of The Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes Foundation’s annual event. The pair, along with Monique Rivarde, mother of bullying victim Bobby Tillman, will also be a speaking guest to touch on the seriousness of bullying.
