The rapper, also a convicted felon, was arrested with his crew on drug and gun charges after a concert at Georgia Southern University on April 18.
Offset, nee Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was visibly irate when Judge John R. Turner of Bulloch County Superior Court denied him bond because of his past criminal activity.

Offset,” one of the members of the Migos rap group arrested on guns and drug charges after a concert in Statesboro, shouted profanities Friday as he was led out of the courtroom after being denied bond. The judge considered him a flight risk.

The whole crew was charged with carrying a weapon in a school safety zone (a felony offense), marijuana possession, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Offset also got a new case in jail as he was allegedly the aggressor in a fight. He was subsequently charged with battery and causing a riot in a penal institution.
