(AllHipHop News) While Cee Lo Green was able to avoid a sexual assault charge, the star of NBC’s The Voice was arraigned on charges stemming from allegedly giving a women ecstasy yesterday. TMZ reports that Green appeared in court with his lawyer and pled not guilty to the offense.

In 2012, a women accused Green of drugging her and then sexually assaulting her. The assault case was dismissed by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office due to insufficient evidence.

When asked by a TMZ cameraman if he was scared Cee Lo replied, “not at all.”

If convicted, the Goodie Mob member could face up to 4 years in prison. His bond was set at $30,000.
