So, Mark Wahlberg says that his record label wanted him to be like Eminem

Let's talk hip hop. Aight yo, this situation is crazy as hell, right

Because Mark Wahlberg, aka Marky Mark, says that his record label used to want him to be more like Eminem, right

I mean you guys know Mark Wahlberg, he is a super successful actor

but before he was an actor, he was a rapper in Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, right

His brother was in New Kids on the Block, so you guys know the whole situation, man

Marky Mark was rapping old school stuff, right? The whole situation though is that he says that his record label wanted him to like diss his mom

or talk shit about his girl, but he was like, nah, I'm not gonna do that

I love my mom, and I love my girl, he said. He says that Eminem does that, and the record label probably told Eminem to do that, right

He also says that, you know, Eminem is a really talented rapper, even though some of his records do have a lot of shock value, Eminem can back it up, right

Which is crazy as hell, man. I mean, I do know that record labels, they love controversy, but I don't really think

like, come on, do you think that Mark Wahlberg could even be an Eminem

Does he have the skill to be like Eminem, first of all? And second of all, were they really telling him to like

diss your mom and everything, and diss your girlfriend and everything back then

Especially when your brother was in New Kids on the Block, so that would have been your brother's mom too, and she was involved in the whole thing

I don't know, right? Either way, Marky Mark gave Eminem his pops

and also said that he could have kind of been Eminem, which is weird
