Rapper Ja Rule’s upcoming new album featuring The Guap Boyz has been pushed back indefinitely, AllHipHop.com has learned. A representative for the group told AllHipHop.com that the group’s upcoming mixtape Ja Rule & Mpire Presents Guap Boyz: The Mixtape Album has been put on hold until “label clearances are finalized.” Two songs from the mixtape, which is to be hosted by DJ Absolut, have been released thus far. “Million Dolla Jewelry” has been circulating on the Internet, while “Head Knock” hit the streets last week. In addition to Ja Rule, The Guap Boyz consist of Young Merc, Life and Harry O. Ja Rule is also working on a highly anticipated new album, which is due out sometime in 2009.
