D4L member Shawty Lo’ was the victim of a theft that has resulted in the bootlegging of his upcoming album Units in The City. A version of the album is being sold without several newer songs the rapper recorded for the album, which is slated to hit stores on February 26. has been leaked and bootlegged on the Internet. “Some of my new material was taken from my studio and bootlegged, but what people don’t know is that they don’t have the real deal,” Shawty Lo told AllHipHop.com in a statement. “They don’t have all the songs that’s going on the album. They’re cheating themselves.” The five extra songs on the official album release are “Dey Know,” “Ain’t Tellin,’”, “That’s Shawty Lo,” “Got Em 4 The Lo” and “Count on Me.”
