There’s still a year before Super Bowl LIII takes place at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium, but questions about who will follow Timberlake for the 50-yard line showcase are already being asked. Bruno Mars has an idea for the National Football League.

“[NFL] you have the opportunity to celebrate incredible Hip Hop Artist from Atlanta Next year,” tweeted the “Finesse” singer.

Mars suggested OutKast, T.I., Gucci Mane, Lil Jon, Jeezy, and Jermaine Dupri as possible selections. In 2016, fans of OutKast started a petition to get the Grammy-winning duo picked to be the halftime performers in their hometown.

Several Hip Hop stars – such as Queen Latifah, Missy Elliott, Diddy, Nelly, CeeLo Green, and Nicki Minaj – have hit the stage at the Super Bowl. However, a rap act has never been chosen as the headliner at the widely seen extravaganza.
