Cliff Mac is staring down a massively expanded federal murder case after prosecutors filed a second superseding indictment connecting him to multiple killings and shooting attacks spanning 2020 and beyond.

The 35-year-old Flint rapper, whose real name is Clifton E. Terry III, now faces 10 federal counts tied to alleged violence that prosecutors say involved two deaths and several other victims left wounded or facing failed murder-for-hire attempts.

Prosecutors filed the expanded charges June 17 in the Eastern District of Michigan, signaling they’re building a much larger case against him.

The indictment alleges Terry coordinated with Andre D. Sims, another alleged hitman, to carry out a series of violent crimes using phones, rental vehicles, and interstate travel between September and December 2020.

Terry’s also accused of multiple murders across both state and federal cases, bringing his total alleged victim count to five, including the 2021 state conviction he just got hit with.

The federal case specifically connects Terry to shooting incidents in Detroit and Burton that left some dead and others hospitalized. Per ABC News, one Burton shooting happened at a Speedway gas station where a victim was killed and another was wounded.

A second incident involved gunfire near a party store that killed another person and left additional people injured. The indictment also revives the Sterling Heights murder-for-hire case where Terry allegedly paid Sims $10,000 to execute a woman who survived despite being shot multiple times.

Terry’s facing life sentences on multiple counts, and prosecutors described him as a major “crime driver” responsible for what they believe is a pattern of extreme violence over years.

His state conviction for the 2021 death of Devaroe Davis came down just last week, with jurors finding him guilty of first-degree premeditated murder and 11 other felonies.

The feds are now piling federal charges on top of that mandatory life sentence, which means Terry’s looking at spending decades in prison before federal time even begins.

The expanded federal indictment filed June 17, 2026, demonstrates how connected the incidents are, according to prosecutors building the case.
