(AllHipHop News) Wu-Tang Clan member Inspectah Deck and Boston-based Hip-Hop duo 7L & Esoteric have announced the release date for the upcoming full length album Czarface.

With the exception of one track, which was produced by DJ Premier, the new album was produced entirely by 7L.

In addition to verses by Inspectah Deck and Esoteric, Czarface features a variety of guests, including Ghostface Killah, Cappadonna, Action Bronson, Vinnie Paz, Oh No, Mr. MFN eXquire and others.

“We called it Czarface because a czar is someone who is pretty much idolized by certain people no matter what he does or what he’s done,” Inspectah Deck explained. “At the same time, he’s looked at like some type of martyr.”

Rapper Esoteric expanded on Inspectah Deck’s explanation of the concept album.

“Czarface is a vigilante,” added Esoteric. “He’s an anti-hero character who serves as the face of the project and his focus is on annihilating the Hip-Hop media darlings the mainstream caters to.”

Czarface will be released on independent record label brick records, on February 19, 2013.
