MSNBC’s Ari Melber Uses 50 Cent Lyrics To Criticize Donald Trump Not Telling The Truth (VIDEO)

THE QUEENS RAPPER’S WORDS ARE BEING USED IN POLITICAL DEBATES…

(AllHipHop News) Donald Trump has found himself under pressure to prove his claims that former president Barack Obama wiretapped his phones at Trump Tower during the 2016 election.

“How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!” tweeted the President on March 4.

However, both Republican and Democratic lawmakers have stated publicly there is no evidence that Obama was ever involved in wiretapping Trump, which would be a crime.

The bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee has even concluded there is no evidence Trump Tower was the subject of wiretapping or any type of surveillance.

MSNBC’s Chief Legal Correspondent Ari Melber was speaking about Trump’s seemingly false accusations against Obama, and he used lyrics from Hip Hop artist 50 Cent to make his point.

“I hate a liar more than I hate a thief. A thief is after my salary. A liar is after my reality,” said Melber reciting lines from 50’s “I’m A Hustler.”

The lawyer/author continued, “This is a debate over reality, what is true, what was wiretapped, what do we as a country want to do about the information we have from the government. It is supremely significant, I think, to see this bipartisan, apolitical move from the leaders of the Intelligence Committee, who have the goods and the intel, effectively saying Donald Trump is after your reality, he’s wrong, and we have a duty to rebut him.”

This is not the first time Melber has referred to 50 Cent.

He quoted the Queens rapper in a tweet posted in February as well.
