Ari Lennox opens up about sobriety

So, Abby Lennox opens up about being sober. Let's talk hip hop

Aight, yo, this is pretty dope, right? Because Abby Lennox says that she's been sober for about

seven months now, right? So she went on Instagram, she put up a few photos of herself

and she just left a large caption talking to the fans about being sober, right? Essentially

she said that she feels great, she feels present, she feels whole, and that she enjoys waking up

and just not having night terrors. She says her anxiety is a lot less, she feels like her emotions

are under control, she feels like herself, right? She said that she doesn't really know how long she

will be sober for, but every day she is grateful for, right? I mean, you guys know the whole

situation, man. Abby Lennox has been very open about her alcoholism, and the fact that she had

to go to rehab for that, right? So it's really dope that she's doing a whole lot better. And then

at the end of her large caption, she basically asked her fans, well, what are your stories about

being sober, right? I mean, I think that this is so dope because it's not like she's just bragging

about being sober, whatever the case may be. She's giving motivation to people who are feeling just

like her, right? She's giving hope to somebody who may be in their first month of sobriety

but sees that they can see the light when seven months comes, or whatever the case may be, right

So I think that it's really dope. She's constantly influencing people. And shout out to her
