Kanye West gets sued for assault

So, Kanye West is being sued by a TMZ photographer. Let's talk hip-hop

Aight, yo, this situation is crazy as hell, right? Because Kanye West, he's being sued again

this time by a photographer from TMZ, right? I don't know if you guys remember, but back in

January, when Kanye West was walking around with his new wife, Bianca Century, this woman from TMZ

pulled up on Kanye. Of course, she was taking pictures and everything, whatever, right

Kanye saw that, walked up to the woman who was in her car, who was being filmed by another

photographer from TMZ. Kanye's like, why are you filming me? I guess he must've been in a bad mood

or whatever that day. She's holding up her cell phone and she's filming while he's screaming and

talking to her. And basically, she's like, because you're a celebrity, Kanye. She's trying to reason

with him. And he looks so upset, she's trying to roll up the window a little bit. He grabs her

phone, she hits her hand a little bit on the window or whatever like that. And then he tosses

her phone and then just walks off, right? I'm sure the phone got broke or cracked or whatever like

that. I'm sure maybe the hand went up against the window or whatever, right? Anyway, she's suing him

right now. We don't know the amount of money she's suing him for, but she's suing him for assault and

battery, right? Keep in mind that this isn't a criminal case, this is a civil case. So even if

he's found guilty, he's not going to go to jail. He'll just end up having to pay out some money

right? Also though, one of the things that she's definitely suing for is she wants Kanye West to

be able to not interact with any paparazzi or any photography, right? So if Kanye West loses

then that means that he will not be able to say anything or touch any photographers or anything

like that. He can just let them take pictures of him and go on about his business, right

Which is crazy as hell, right? So I guess we'll see what happens, man. But Kanye's being sued

left and right these days by all sorts of people. He left a bad taste in people's mouth

last year and the year before that. So now people, they want his bread basically. So we'll see what
