Andre 3000 outsells Lil Wayne, Nas & MORE

So Andre 3000 gets praised for outselling Lil Wayne, Nas, and a few others. Let's talk hip hop

Aight yo this situation is crazy right because Andre 3000 um he gets praised for outselling

Lil Wayne, Nas, Ice Spice, and a few others right. Um y'all know the whole situation man last week

Andre 3000 dropped the album called The New Blue Sun but it wasn't a rap album at all

it's actually an instrumental album he's just playing the flute right. Um so the whole situation

is that Andre 3000 the first song on his album the song that's like hey I really wanted to make

a rap album but this is where the wind blew me this time that's the title of the first track on

there it's a 12 minute long song and that has broken a record for being the longest song on

the Billboard Hot 100 charts. Debuted at number 90 which knocked Taylor Swift's song which was

like a 10 minute song that came out in 2021 right. Um the whole situation though is that Buck Wilde

you got no Buck Wilde um he is actually praising Andre 3000 he put out a tweet he said yo you out

sold Lil Wayne you out sold Nas you out sold Ice Spice it's crazy as hell because okay yeah he did

that but it was just based off of the name right. Um Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz dropped on November 19th

and Welcome to Collegrove is one of Lil Wayne's most fireous albums I mean the bars on that album

is sick so for Andre 3000 to come out of nowhere with a flute album and outsell Lil Wayne is insane

and I'm mad at Andre 3000 for contributing to the bullshit that's going on in hip-hop right now

right. Um so I don't know a lot of people are praising him some people remixed it Lupe Fiasco

decided he wanted to freestyle over it right. Um everybody's rapping on this except for Andre 3000
