Raekwon is a huge follower of boxing. And like every other boxing fan, the Wu-Tang general has his own thoughts on who would come out on top if the sports biggest fight, Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao, is ever made.
Raekwon views both men as great fighters, but notes an old friendship with Mayweather as the main reason he would root for a Floyd victory. In addition, Rae believes Mayweather being naturally bigger and more technically skilled would be a significant factor.
Im riding with Floyd. Hes the Muhammad Ali of today, Raekwon explained. Its crazy because me and Floyd developed a relationship when he first came into the business. So Im loyal to that man as far as wanting him to win. I know he talks crazy, but thats just a part of being young. When you achieve those kind of successes, you tend to act like that. But as far as skill is concerned, I believe he can win by fighting tall.
But Raekwon does not foresee an easy fight for Mayweather. In fact, he sees the undefeated welterweight having to unleash his entire arsenal to earn Pacquiaos respect and survive the superfight.
I like the Pacquiao kid because hes a rebel, Rae stated. I think hes a warrior. Pacquiao is just a soldier. You really would have to f### him up to make him respect you. Its going to be a good one.
Floyd Mayweeather and Manny Pacquiao failed twice to come to terms for a fight in 2010. In February, the fight fell apart due to Pacquiao refusing to adhere to Mayweathers demand for Olympic style drug testing. In July, talks collapsed after Mayweather proclaimed he was going on vacation for the rest of the year.
Manny Pacquaio faces Antonio Margarito next month in Dallas. Should Pacquiao emerge victorious, he is expected to attempt a third negotiation with Floyd Mayweather for 2011.
Raekwon is working on fifth solo LP, Shaolin vs. Wu Tang. The album will feature guest spots from Black Thought, Raheem DeVaughn, Method Man, GZA, Inspectah Deck and Ghostface Killah.

Whats up People,
Before I go into my rant about Progression I just wanted to thank Illseed and the AllHipHop staff for giving me the opportunity to air out my thoughts and to tell our story. Good looking out!!! Ok lets get into it.
I have been doing a lot of thinking the last couple of weeks. I realized that trying to make it in this music business can break a strong man if he lets it.
I was on the horn with T.J. Chapman a few days ago and we were chopping it up about all the success that his artist B.O.B. was having and how they opened up for Jay-Z and Eminem at Yankee Stadium. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks. Progression!!!! Progression is an important part of life. Are you progressing or are you at the same place you were last year. I remember B.O.B. grinding to get his name and music out there. I remember T.J. telling me that there were so many Nay Sayers out there that didnt believe in their movement. So many No’s before the big YES!!! Now look!!!!! You can’t turn on a radio without hearing one of his songs. Now he’s opening for Jay and Em!! B.O.B. is a perfect example of PROGRESSION!!!
That conversation with TJ made me look at my own situation. Is my business experiencing Progression. Is my group Trillogy experiencing PROGRESSION. I grabbed a pen and a piece of paper and started writing. What I found was amazing we are so far from where we were last year it’s crazy and in comparison to where we were when we started its like night and day. Sometimes when you keep your head down and work as hard as you can you dont realize all of the road that you have covered. It takes intestinal fortitude to keep you going when you really want to rest. The business of making music is just that, A BUSINESS. In any business the person that has the best product and works the hardest with his product will be successful. THAT’S A FACT!!!
The moral of this story is that whatever you do, be it music or slicing cold cuts at your local Bodega. Work hard and take pride in your work. You might not notice it now but someone is watching and admiring your skills and before long all your efforts will pay off!!!!
So I am going to put my head back down and get back to work but before I go I wanted to share with you some of the PROGRESSION we have made with TRILLOGY since the last time we spoke!!!!
Until Next Time
PEACE AND BE SAFE OUT THERE

Respect due.
Rapper Nelly has been noticeably missing from the hip-hop scene for a couple of years.
But hes back, and he knows for sure that you havent forgotten him. Why? because every time you turn on the radio or TV and hear a rapper singing on a track these days, he says you should think of him.
After all, with 2000s Country Grammar, Nelly had the hardcore rap community scratching their collective heads at his unique style of crooning and gliding over the beat, rather than simply speaking his lyrics. Nine million albums later, hip-hop had no choice but to respect Nelly for pioneering the styles popularity amongst the dominant mainstream rap sounds at the time.
When Nelly hit the scene, layering his St. Louis-southern anthems over Country-Western, rock, and club bangers alike, he was ahead of his time, capturing the attention of a diverse audience that included young Blacks, whites, rednecks, and everything in between. Toddlers, mothers, and grandmas couldnt escape the infectious take off all your clothes hook on 2002s Hot in Herre, and Grillz was just one of four Nelly singles to hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 during the decade.
Now, the challenge before Nelly is the conquest of a new era in Hip-Hop.
AllHipHop.com: You just released some new music, but your presence has been noticeably missing for at least the past two years. So, what have you been up to?
Nelly: Just working in the studio, on my clothing line, being a daddy.
AllHipHop.com: You have two kids
Nelly: Yeah, but I like to say I have four. My sister passed away, and she had two
AllHipHop.com: You take care of her kids, too?
Nelly: With the help of others, but yeah.
AllHipHop.com: What about the St. Lunatics? Whats up with them?
Nelly: We actually have a project that were trying to get out in November as well. The new album is called City Free. The first St. Lunatics album was called Free City. That was in honor of my little brother City Spud. At that time, he had gotten locked up, so the album was called Free City. And now hes out, and the new album is called City Free. We always wanted to do new St. Lunatics projects, and we were kind of waiting on him. That process was so unsteady, because we assumed he was getting out at this time, and this point, and this moment, and it didnt happen. So he finally got out nine years later. Had we known it was gonna take nine years, we might have done another St. Lunatics album. But when you think hes gonna get out, and that doesnt happen, and then this doesnt happen, you know what Im saying?
AllHipHop.com: So he went straight from prison to the studio?
Nelly: Non-stop. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200. Lets start that record. [laughter]
AllHipHop.com: Its been about seven or eight years since Hot in Herre, Air Force Ones, all of the awards, the Grammys. Youve won every kind of award there is to win. How has your life changed in the past decade or so?
Nelly: Its pretty much at a dormancy now. I was used to moving around, because as a kid, I went to like nine different schools, I lived in I dont know how many different places because my parents got divorced at a young age. So that happened, and my mother was still kinda doing her, and my father definitely still doing him. So when you do that, you live with other people, you stay with friends and family, and things of that nature. Ive been so used to moving around as a whole, so moving around now doesnt bother me at all.
AllHipHop.com: You talked about your childhood. And other than things like the beef with KRS-One and others, youve kept your nose pretty clean in the industry. Any beef right now? Any rivalries or people whose neck your coming at?
Nelly: Nah. I think its one of those things where how you come in the game is how youre gonna be levied on or sustain your success or, whats not allowing you to succeed. Sometimes you can come in the game one way, and you keep trying that way, and thats not allowing you to succeed. Then you switch it up, and then you succeed. If you come in in a way that allows you to succeed and then you stray from it, it kinda backfires on you.
With me, I always wanted to come in and just do me. So beefs and all that s**t ? Unless its personal I mean, dont get it twisted cuz, Im from St. Louis, you know what Im saying. We get it in. If you got something to say to me, then say it. You shouldnt have, cause I aint in your business. I aint got nothing to do with you, and I aint never thought about nothing like that. But if you feel like you need to step to me
As far as beefs in music, I try to stay away from that, because that dont work for me. My fans dont buy my albums because they want to hear me go talk about somebody else. My fans dont come to my concerts because they want to hear me stand on stage and diss somebody else. They come to see Nelly. They come to see and hear the songs that theyve been purchasing and supporting, so theres no room in my career for that.
Nelly – “Just A Dream”
AllHipHop.com: Whats the formula in Hip-Hop for growing old gracefully and still being that dude?
Nelly: Fans. Just fans. I think when you solidify a certain type of fan base that wants to grow with you, that wants to see you succeed everytime, whether they agree with it or not. See what Im saying, those are true fans. You got fans that are like I aint really like that last album, but they bought it. You see what Im saying? And then you have some fans that if they dont like the album, they aint buy it them the fans that come and go. The fans that support you are the ones that support you regardless. Not saying that they should, because they dont have to, but those are the ones.
Sometimes I think we get lost in trying to go after fans I think the worst thing I could ever do is try to make people who have never supported me, support me. Like the sh*t yall talking with the beef and all that. I think the worst thing I could have tried to do is act like Im a battle rapper, or try to spit and prove something to the muthaf*ckas who never supported Nelly in the beginning, and then alienating the people who supported me and that love me.
I think thats what comes with maturity. You get to understand. I make a record now and Im like yo, if I try to do all of this other sh*t why? This sh*t comes so easy to me. Not saying I can make Just a Dream and Over and Over and make them be #1s everytime, but that sh*t is easy to me. I do them songs three, four a day [snapping off four fingers], because thats what it is.
AllHipHop.com: You have stuck with what works over the years .
Nelly: Ive tried. Dont get it twisted. You do sometimes stray off the path, but when you have so much success on so many different levels Im saying, I have what, eight or nine #1s. But when you look at them, theyre all different type of songs. Theyre Grillz, theyre Ride Wit Mes, theyre Over and Overs, theyre Tailfeathers, theyre EIs, theyre Air Force Ones, but theyre Dilemmas, theyre My Places. And so youre like what the f*ck to do? You got some people that support this, and some people that support that, and like I said, again, you get caught up. The same thing that made you successful is the same thing that hinders you sometimes when youre going back in.
AllHipHop.com: Youve done a ton of endorsements, and you were one of the first to have a really successful clothing line, for women at that. Whats your #1 rule as an entrepreneur?
Nelly: I think again, with maturity, it has to be your involvement. You have to really be involved at a certain points in it. It used to be you could lend your name to certain things and make a fast buck which, if youre looking for a fast buck, youre also looking for a fast end.
But if you want to sustain any consistency or build something, you have to be there when the foundation is laid. You have to be there when the bricks go up. You have to be there when theyre cutting the rope. Thats what Ive learned, so now, when I do try to go into some of these other endeavors, I try to make sure that a) I can be involved as much as I need to to make it successful and b) that this is something I can integrate into everything else I have going on.
AllHipHop.com: Well, no ones selling CDs these days. What do you think needs to change about the industry model? Youve always been willing to work with country artists and Kelly Rowland
Nelly: Country is selling CDs dont get that twisted. Country people are buying records, theyre still buying records. I think now people arent buying into the artists per se. Its not artists coming out with great albums its artists coming out with hit songs. Theyre selling songs, but theyre not selling albums. But when you sell an album, youre selling yourself with it. People are buying into YOU, you know what Im saying?
Nelly – “Tippin’ In The Club
If youve got a #1 single, and people arent buying your records, and youre doing all this dumb sh*t, people arent buying into you. People like your songs, but theyre not buying into you enough to say, I tell you what, Ima get that album because Ima support his whole thing. Its I like that song, and thats what you get a lot Ill buy that song.
AllHipHop.com: I want to ask you about the new project. You have Tippin in Da Club and Just a Dream as the first two singles. Who else is on the album? Whats the flavor like?
Nelly: I named the album 5.0. I mean, if you know anything about cars, such as I do everybody knows Im a car freak, and thats not just by chance. Being a young Black man who has money and likes to go around and buy cars I was influenced by my father who was influenced by his father who was influenced by his father. They kept three or four cars. Now, were they good cars? They might have been junkers, but they were their cars. They took pride in them, and my dad used to street race cars, amongst other things with cars. [laughter] Well just say that.
If you look at the 5.0, its a classic muscle car. Its full of energy, and its a clean car so to speak. Its a clean cut, muscle car, and its that classicness. I thought this album would be that for Nelly. Its a classic sounding Nelly, but for 2010 not like youve heard me before. It is more melodic.
I also think that with so many people kinda doing what the f*ck I do, you know what Im saying, its like why not do it to the fullest? Thats what I think 5.0 is Nelly doing what he do to the fullest. Thats why I named it 5.0, and its also my fifth drop date my sixth album, but my fifth drop date.
Some of the producers on there a la Jim Johnson who produced Just a Dream, Dutch and Jukebox who produced Tippin in Da Club. Jim Johnson also produced the track with me and Kelly Rowland, the Gone track; T.I.s SmashFactory who produced the track that me and T.I. are on, Shes So Fly. Dr. Luke who some people may know or heard of, whos only had, what, the last 10 #1s when you think about some of his songs with Katy Perry and other things that hes produced. Its also featuring myself, Akon, and T-Pain. I got a track produced by Infamous which features myself, Baby and DJ Khaled.
Its a good mixture, but it flows well, and like I said again, its Nelly.
AllHipHop.com: Ok, a funny question. If the heads right, is Nelly really there EVERY night?
Nelly: [hilarious laughter] Possibly. But every night is a wish.
(AllHipHop News) North Carolina rapper Petey Pablo is expected to turn himself in to authorities today (October 13th), on an arrest warrant for possession of a firearm by a felon, after he attempted to smuggle a gun on a plane on September 11th, 2010. The rap star, known for his hit singles “Freek-a-Leek,” “Raise Up” and “Goodies” featuring Ciara, was indicted by a grand jury after an investigation into the incident. The grand jury claims the rapper, born Moses Barrett III, attempted to bring a gun on a plane at Raleigh-Durham International Airport as he traveled to the 2010 MTV Music Video Awards, which took place the following day in Los Angeles. As Petey Pablo went through a security checkpoint, handlers discovered a Smith & Wesson 9mm pistol, along with ammunition in his bag. Representatives for the rapper claimed that he forgot the firearm was in his bag, after it was taken from a distressed friend who was threatening to use the weapon. In addition to the firearm possession charges, Petey Pablo is also charged with possession of a stolen firearm and attempting to take a gun onto an airplane.
SHYNE WANTS OFF DEF JAM?
What the hell? I thought Shyne got like $5 milli to sign? Can’t be true if he is trying to get off? Looks like Nas done started something. Peep this:
Im definitely trying to get with Cash Money but the Def Jam thing is a question mark right now, Shyne told SOHH. Ive been fixing to get up out of there for a while now because [Island Def Jam CEO] L.A. Reid dont care about hip-hop. The people up there, they dont know what theyre doing. When you dont have a strong leader, where you gonna go? They dont care about hip-hop music. You give them a hip-hop record with an R&B singer, you might have a chance. They dont care. You got The Roots, Ghostface, Nas, probably the best hip-hop roster you could imagine and they do nothing. L.A. Reid doesnt want nothing to do with rappers its nothing personal, I dont have nothing personal with dude but he makes it known he doesnt care about hip-hop. So Im really interested in seeing whos gonna replace him. Because I know hes been replaced so I wanna find out whos gonna take his spot before I decide what Im gonna do with Def Jam The music that we make is responsible for pop, R&B, everything thats jumping right now
They gotta care about [what we’ve done] the way Jimmy Iovine cares about that, the way Lyor Cohen cares about that, Shyne added. Im definitely not gonna scrap everything I recorded. I put in so much, Ive come so far. From the first record I did when I got out to the new records Ive done while going to all these different countries, I aint scrapping nothing. I paid for that. Im not signed to Def Jam anyway, I just need to find another distributor. I might just have Cash Money do everything. Who knows? Thats the beauty about being in the business for yourself. You can decide where you want to go and what you want to do.

LUPE TO JOIN GOOD MUSIC?
I don’t know how true this is, but there is a rumor floating that Lupe Fiasco may be joining with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music. Now, that would be very interesting to me and you too, I be. Why? Because to me, it seems that Lupe has been running into too many industry issues. He needs that backing. Second, Lupe already has a posse of fans that are fanatical. This makes for a good combo when it comes to dropping an album! Lupe got his big break via Kanye so it only makes sense. Lets revisit that moment.
By the way, this is what Lupe said about his situation with Atlantic. “We just came to a reconciliation, saw both sides of the argument of what was going down, found a midway point that we can all agree on, and we’re rolling.”
HOW DUMB ARE RAPPERS AND SINGER?
I know people hate Kat Stacks, but I have to say this. The boy Jerimiah has reportedly been exposed trying to get some some tang from Kat Stacks. WHY? I suspect record labels are using this hoe as a part of their marketing and promo plans. What do you think? Here is the fail.
He claims to have something on her too, but WHO CARES!
She’s a known h##### than half of the dumb rappers beat.
ILLSEED’S QUICKIES
Diddy and Cassie are rumored to be back together.
RIP shout out to Harve Pierre. His 11-year-old daughter died recently. I dont know what happened. You should know Harve as one of Diddys executive Bad Boys that used to sing dope hooks.
Shout out to Ludacris who is engaged to a medical student.
I dont know if we care about this, but Amber Rose and Dez (Marios new gal) are no longer best friends. Why? Seems that Amber told Mario he was being used by Dez to get fame. Makes sense since Amber made a similar move with Yeezy. Right?
EPIC FAIL OF THE DAY
If you are married at 21, why are you dating a 15 year old girl? That’s the first thing I asked. Then, it gets weirder. A 15-year-old girl convinced her her married 21-year-old boyfriend that it was a good idea to kill HER father. He did it too. I know this doesn’t matter, but I have to say that the girl is White and the man is Black. The girl convinced dude that if he killed her daddy, they could live together with her mother. UH. They are trying to get the girl to be charged as an adult in the case. Never trust a girl named Kaleigh (Lynn Fryer)! Jerry Jerone Chiles Jr. stabbed Lewis Keith Fryer, 50, to death. Jerry flipped fast and told police she put him up to it. SMH!!!! You big DUMMY!!!!!
EPIC WIN OF THE DAY
Finally, some classy people acting like common gutter trash. Some models bumped into each other and started to fight right there on the cat walk!

The BET Hip-Hop Awards aired last night and the cyphers were the highlight for the die-hard Hip-Hop fan. In the past, people like Nicki Minaj, Joe Budden and Eminem were stand-outs for the lyrical roundtable. So…what about 2010? This year’s cypher included Ice Cube, Royce Da 5’9″, Diggy Simmons, Rev Run, Kanye West, Pusha T, and a bevy of more lyrical talents. But who BODIED IT this year? See them all below.
One of the oldest discussions in Hip-Hop is quite simply Who Is The Best? BET has taken that discussion and put it in a new special with a twist. Who Are The Top Rappers Of The 21st Century? is a new program by the network that presents a roundtable of DJs, artists, tastemakers and Hip-Hop heads to craft the list. Nobody that released a solo album prior to 1999 was allowed as a contender in the construction of this list.
BETs “Top 10 Rappers”
is the definitive hip-hop countdown by the ground-breaking network that
gave love to hip-hop before anyone else dared.
BET threw open nominations to BET digital followers, industry bloggers
and other social influencers (our Grand Jury). More than 25,000 votes
later, they returned a Top 15 list of rappers for consideration. Now,
our Hip-Hop Supreme Court is convening to vote on the final Top Ten,
based on a rappers: flow, lyrics, subject matter, cultural impact,
dough, and as needed in the arsenal of a 21st Century rapper digital
skills (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, their own website, etc.).
The Court represents all of the regions of the country, and consists of
nine select industry insiders many of whom were raised on hip-hop: Jermaine Dupri (Producer – ATL); Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur (AllHipHop.com); Boy 1da (Producer);DJ Diamond Kuts (Power 99 FM – Philadelphia); DJ Greg Street (V103 – ATL); Tony Neal (CEO, Core DJs); DJ Timbuck2 (107.5 WGCI Chicago); Chloe Hilliard (Managing Editor/Social Media Manager, Vibe Magazine – NYC); and DJ Vlad (VladTV.com – NYC).
In their technologically tricked-out courtroom, the Court is led by the Justice Big Tigger,
who takes them through the debates and discussions about each of their
own Top 10 rankings. Live votes allow Court members to sway each others
minds about their original Top 10 Lists with each countdown position!
Who will be the #1 Top Rapper of the 21st Century? Lil Wayne, Kanye
West, 50 Cent, Eminem, T.I. or an unexpected challenger on who takes the
crown with a surprise Court decision? On Friday, October 15, 2010 from
8-9 pm, BETs “Top 10 Rappers of the 21st Century” delivers the final vote!!!

After that, Rae said. “His old Earth, Ms Jason Hunter…” Well, that started rumors that Inspectah Deck was dead! NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Deck is alive, but his mother passed away a ways back. I mentioned this when it happened. Obviously, she was a very special woman. Shout out to Inspectah Deck!

(AllHipHop News) Atlanta’s Killer Mike aka Mike Bigga sees several lessons on religion and spiritual hypocrisy that Hip-Hop fans can take away from the recent scandal involving New Birth’s megachurch leader Bishop Eddie Long. The scandal surrounding Eddie Long’s alleged sexual misconduct with young men has subsided from national news, but the controversy is still a big topic of discussion in the city of Atlanta. Long is facing several lawsuits of sexual misconduct filed last month by four former members of his church. The young men, who all claim their relationships with Long happened while they were teenagers, allege the bishop abused his position and coerced them into sexual relationships by using Biblical scriptures and material gifts. To date, Long has steadfastly denied the accusations through his attorney and vowed to fight them in court.Killer Mike, who is politically active in the city through community work and his I Pledge Allegiance to the Grind album series, views the sex scandal as an example of how individuals can become blinded when their faith is placed in religious systems over God.”You already know me, mistrust religion but always trust God,” Killer Mike told AllHipHop.com. “Sheep get lead to slaughter and I’m a man. My grandfather raised a man.”The scandal has caused many, including some members of Long’s 25,000 member New Birth church, to question the bishop’s credibility as a man of God. Killer Mike sees that concern as something that was in doubt even before the allegations. He points to the title of “bishop” Long received from an offshoot Baptist movement, and not the Catholic or Episcopal groups which originated the distinction.”If you are a bishop, yet you are not Episcopal or Catholic, why are you a f**king bishop?” Killer Mike questioned. “That’s not an attack on him, that’s a credible question. How can I trust what you’re saying, yet you don’t belong to the organization your title holds?”Mike also believes that vanity undermined Long’s claim of having a divine message. A guilty verdict, Mike argues, would simply be the final, damning revelation on a man he already sees as having a weak spiritual and moral foundation. “How can I trust you if you have on a toupee? Because you are not accepting what God has yielded for you, [and that’s] for you to be balder than a motherf**ker,” he explained. “Is keeping your hair not vanity? So I have fundamental questions. I don’t care that he allegedly likes boys. I care that he persecutes men that do. Because if God judges all sin the same, vanity is equal to being a homosexual. So your vanity is equal to sodomy in the eyes of God. So why should I respect you or anything you say?” If the charges against Long turn out to be true, Killer Mike says the New Birth preacher would merit the ancient punishment that symbolizes his Christian faith.”If you turn out to be a homosexual after persecuting your own, then you deserve to be crucified for that,” Mike concluded. Killer Mike’s full interview will be available later this week on AllHipHop.com.

NELLY TALKS ASHANTI –FURTHER CONFUSES!
You know AllHipHop had to get Nelly’s take on Ashanti, especially after he said they were never together! The boy stuck to his guns…sorta. Check it out below. As told to Seandra Sims. The rest of this interview will be up later this week or something.
AllHipHop.com: OK, so the new Takeover Formula is to pair a hip-hop dude and an R&B chick. Jay and Bey, Swizz and Alicia Nelly and Ashanti?
Nelly: I think right now were so focused on our careers, and what might work for some people may not work for the next people. Because a) you get people like we are together, were not together. We never said any of that. We never said we were together, we never said we werent together. You know? We never said we were split up to get back together we never said we back together to split up.
AllHipHop.com: Thats a mouthful. Are you together?Nelly: What is that? To say were together, or we arent together? My point is that were friends. Now dont get it twisted obviously weve taken a liking to each other. We wouldnt be seen with each other as much as we have if we didnt. But the thing is that were so focused on so many other goals that weve got to give each other that space and that passage, so that what makes them them, they can continuously do.
DETOX…THE PRESSURE IS ON…FROM INTERSCOPE!
Here is the latest on Detox! I am hearing that Dr. Dre is now catching some heat if you will from Interscope to get Detox finished and ready by year’s end. I don’t mean heat in a bad way…just a lil’ pressure. Its the 4th quarter and these companies all look to finish strong. I heard Eminem is totally in the studio with the good Doc to finish it up strong. Who better to help Dre come back than the comeback kid!?
Illseed,
MASTER P’S FAULT BABY CAN’T GET SOME MIAMI DOPHIN?
Peep what one of my readers sent over to me.
Miami resident here. Bang bang brickell gang lol. Just a little more info, its pretty funny that the dolphins owner said “Not considering or looking for any celebrity limited partners” seeing as how just last year J-Lo and Marc Anthony became minority-minority owners last year or so.
I think Master Ps managing of Ricky Williams soured everyone in the 305 on having N.O. rappers manage sports players and teams.
Best,
Bobby
LOOK WHAT THE KAT STACKS DRUG IN…JAZZY F!
It has been a good day and now that Jazzy F has showed up, even better. Below are the views and rumors of one Jazzy F.
Kanye West and Jay-Z will battle it out since they are both releasing albums on the same day. Jay-Z “The Hits Volume One” and Kanye West My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy will hit stores November 22nd. Go pick up BOTH!
Well looks like we all know that Nicki Minaj will be on Rihanna’s Loud album. The track is titled “Raining Men”. Check below for what Rihanna had to say about the collabo.
“You know I worked with her before on Rated R and she was just writing me some really good ballads and I couldnt wait to work with her again and finally have her on my record. Its a really fun song. Its called Raining Men. No, nothing like the original. Its quite up-tempo but kind of quirky and funny.
Word is Alicia Keys did not release “Put In A Love Song” music video because she did not want to be upstaged by Beyonce. There was other reasons that was thrown out there but we all know Alicia did not want that heat Beyonce was gone bring. Seriously thought there really is no reason for the music video not to be out. #imjustsayin
Foxy Brown is mad at illseed but showing up late or not showing up at all is what Foxy Brown has become famous for since 2000. Foxy just get on your grind and stop living in the past when you was hot touring with the O-Jays. (Biggie, Jay-Z and Nas)
Meeno aka Mr Burns from Vacant Lot is suppose to be putting together a stop the violence track for the youth in Harlem with several other MCs. You know Harlem kids love to stay fly and with the economy messed up they out there in Harlem shooting the streets up. I mean we have not had a Harlem day parade that did not turn into a world war in I don’t know when.
Anyway you already know how it goes down with Jazzy F and it don’t stop so FOLLOW ME ON TWITTER @itsJazzyFBaby
ILLSEED’S QUICKIES
I heard Jay-Z refused to allow Def Jam Rap Star to use any of his music. Not exactly sure why though.

Nelly is rumored to be making a “Tip Drill” movie? Uhm…an epic fail in the making.
Chris Brown is reportedly planning to make the switch from R&B to Rock. Anything to be closer to Rihanna, I see.
Rumor has it Atlantic is not pleased at all with T.I. I concur that he is one of their most prized investments.
Ciara sex tape? I don’t believe it.
Actor Boris Kodjoe owes the IRS approximately $340,000 in back taxes. Ouch to me…to him…an inconvenience.
EASE UP, YEEZY!
Apparently, Kanye has made Kelly Rowland uncomfortable with his new lyrics. Peep what I saw on HelloBeautiful.com.
Kelly Rowland was slightly embarrassed when she discovered that Kanyes most memorable lyric in his comeback song Power mentioned her.
In some behind the scenes footage of her Complex magazine photo shoot, Kelly shyly raps the lyric:
Muthaf**** we rollin, with some light-skinned girls and some Kelly Rowlands.
And continued, My friends sometimes greet me like that now which is really weird. To hear him say that, I was kinda blown away.
She sarcastically added, Dang, no pressure, Kanye!KELLY DON’T LIKE IT! BACK OFF YEEZY. …or I’m make you wear a mockneck shirt!
Just kidding.
YEEZY, WE LOVE YOU! They keep us talking, but if we stop talking about them then they should worry!
