(AllHipHop News) Hip-Hop star Ludacris may have feuded with Bill O’Reilly and the Fox TV Network, but rival CNN has tapped the rapper and an all-star cast of judges, who will name the Top 10 CNN heroes of 2010. CNN host Anderson Cooper will host the fourth annual “CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute,” which will broadcast live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California on Thanksgiving night (November 25th). The show spotlights everyday people who are doing their part to make the world better a better place. According to CNN, over 10,000 nominations for CNN Heroes were received from more than 100 countries. The top 10 CNN heroes will be selected by a “blue-ribbon” panels of judges. In addition to Ludacris, Muhammad Ali, Richard Branson, actor Rainn Wilson, Ricky Martin, Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey, actress Holly Robinson Peete, supermodel Alek Wek and actor Hill Harper are also participating as judges. “CNN Heroes has illustrated the best of humanity through the telling of stories of selfless acts of kindness, courage and perseverance” said Jim Walton, president of CNN Worldwide. “We are honored to bring these Heroes the recognition they so deserve. It is a program the entire CNN family is proud of and excited to share with our viewers on Thanksgiving night.”Each of the Top 10 CNN Heroes will receive $25,000, while the Hero of the Year will take home $100,000 for their handwork and contributions to society. “CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute” airs at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CNN, November 25th.

Krayzie Bone recently signed a 12-year-old singer named Jenna Sousa to The Life Entertainment and according to Krayzie Bone, music lovers will be impressed with his young signee.”She is definitely talented. I’ve never really seen anybody her age that can do the things that she does,” Krayzie said in a statement. “She’s really serious about her music and I can see that when she’s in there working. When she comes out, she’s going to make a statement, definitely.”Yesterday, (September 22nd), Bone Thugs-N-Harmony kicked off the “E. 1999 Eternal Tour,” a 35-city nationwide outing, in Boise, Idaho.The tour launched minus estranged group member Bizzy Bone, who revealed that he was finished with the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony in an exclusive interview with AllHipHop.com last month. Hopes of reconciliation between the group and Bizzy Bone may be put on hold indefinitely, due to grievances raised by former Mo’ Thug family member Ta Smallz, over the name of Krazyie’s label. According to Ta Smallz, he has been releasing records using the “Life Entertainment” name since 1999, although his first official release came when he dropped Having My Way, in 2006. Ta Smallz’ recently released his latest album Who Killed My Mama?!, which contains the lead single, ironically titled “Life” featuring Bizzy Bone, who has reportedly sided with Ta Smallz. “F**k you Krazie Bone and the whole f**kin Thug Line Entertainment,” Ta Smallz fumed. “Who is The Life Entertainment trying to steal my name. (AllHipHop News) Rapper T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle spent an evening out at a comedy club Tuesday night (September 21st) in Atlanta. The pair were spotted at the Uptown Comedy Corner, where they caught D.L. Hughley’s 10:00 PM show.According to reports, D.L. Hugely cracked a variety of jokes regarding T.I.’s latest legal woes, which could send him back to jail for up to three years. The rapper and his wife took the jokes in stride, stuck around for Hugely’s entire show,  and even signed autographs before leaving the club. While D.L. Hugely may have found humor in the rapper’s legal woes, the situation is no laughing matter. They were were arrested September 1st on the Sunset Strip, after police stopped T.I. for allegedly making an illegal U-turn. A search of the occupants turned up ecstasy tablets on both T.I. and Tiny. Additionally, T.I., born Clifford Harris Jr., failed two drug tests after traces of the drug codeine were found in his system the next day. Judge Pannell originally sentenced T.I. to one year in prison, after the rap star was caught attempting to purchase machine guns and silencers prior to the BET Awards in October of 2007. T.I. was also sentenced to three-years of supervised probation for attempting to purchase the deadly weapons. “We are very disappointed in Mr. Harris’ recent conduct,” U.S. Attorney Sally Yates said in a statement released last week. “We will make our sentencing recommendation at the revocation hearing.”Both also face up to a year in California State Prison over the ecstasy charges.

According to Forbes, Jay-Z has a total worth of $450 million, through his Roc Nation label, his catalog, which returns to him in 2014, Rocawear and a stake in the New Jersey Nets. The rap star/mogul was listed alongside movers and shakers like Facebook’s Sean Parker ($900 million), Marc Pincus (Zynga $850 million), producer Jerry Bruckheimer ($850 million), Jerry Seinfeld ($800 million) and others. (AllHipHop News) R&B crooner Lyfe Jennings, 37, was  sentenced to three and a half years in prison on Wednesday (September 22nd) for an altercation on with his ex-girlfriend two years ago.

The singer made the revelation on his Twitter account.

“This will be my last post. To everyone who gave me a chance I am forever in your debt. I have had a fabulous career because of you,” the singer tweeted. “I’ve lived a hundred lives in these 6 yrs so I not only won’t, I don’t have the right to complain. I would like to think that I’ve changed lives by changing my own, tho I can’t be sure. But one thing I am sure of is God gives and takes away in measure. He is fair, just and forever.”

The singer was arrested in 2008 after an altercation with his ex-girlfriend, where he broke into her house and shot a handgun. He then fled the scene as police chased the singer in his 2005 Chevy Corvette.

Much of the singer’s success was predicated on his realness and street appeal. He served 10 years in jail, prior to entering entertainment. “All I can say in parting is that I have been honest. I didn’t sugarcoat a

word didn’t hold back a single [part] of my life from [you],” he said.

He released a new album, I Still Believe, in August.

Details of Jay-Z’s highly anticipated memoir Decoded have hit the Internet.

According to Billboard.com, the book, which features an image of Andy Warhol’s “Rorschach,” and will come fully illustrated.

The book “decodes” 36 songs from Jay-Z’s catalog the rapper explained in an excerpt from the book.

“When I first started working on this book, I told my editor that I wanted it to do three important things,” Jay-Z said. “The first was to make the case that hip-hop lyrics-not just my lyrics, but those of every great MC-are poetry if you look at them closely enough. The second was I wanted the book to tell a little bit of the story of my generation, to show the context for the choices we made at a violent and chaotic crossroads in recent history. And the third piece was that I wanted the book to show how hip-hop created a way to take a very specific and powerful experience and turn it into a story that everyone in the world could feel and relate to.”

Decoded, which is being published by Random House, will come as an Ebook. Billboard reports that the book will also come an as interactive App that will include exclusive content. Decoded is due in stores November 16th. The art work for Decoded is below:

Women will be honored in a variety of categories like the Rock Star Award, The Social Humanitarian Award and the Who Got Next? (AllHipHop News) The J Dilla Foundation has announced “So Far To Go,” a new international art contest thats designed to celebrate the life of the legendary producer, born James Dewitt Yancy. The non-profit, which is run by J Dilla’s mother Maureen “Ma Dukes” Yancy, has teamed with La Famiglia and 323East to create original designs to celebrate the life of J Dilla, who died on February 10th, 2006 from the incurable disease, Lupus. Contestants can upload their original designs to the new website Art4Dilla.com, where users will vote for the winning design. “The J Dilla Foundation seeks to be a staple in the movement for progressive musiceducation,” Ma Dukes told AllHipHop.com.  “We also hope to be leaders in the efforts to enhance and develop arts programs in urban communities.”The winner of the So Far To Go art contest will have his or her design produced as a poster, along with limited edition Giclee prints, signed by the winning artist and Ma Dukes herself. Proceeds will be donated to the J Dilla Foundation and fund their ongoing programs.

Chicago rapper/actor Common has extended an offer to fellow rapper/actor Ice Cube, to possibly work on a film together in the future. The news is significant because the pair had one of the most legendary and well chronicled feuds in Hip-Hop. Ice Cube and Common went back and forth over Common’s classic song “I Used to Love H.E.R.” from his 1994 album Ressurection. The track drew the wrath of Ice Cube and his group Westside Connection, who released the track “Westside Slaughterhouse” in 1995, which featured Mack 10 and W.C.Common then replied the same year, with a scathing diss titled “The B**ch” in Yoo,” which was produced by Pete Rock.  The beef between the two camps grew so intense that it took a sit down with The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan in 1997 – in the aftermath of the unsolved murders of Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G. – to successfully diffuse the mounting tension within Hip-Hop. Since their early days, both rappers have crossed over into mainstream success. Ice Cube has hit big as an actor and director, starring in and producing memorable movies like the Friday franchise of flicks, as well as the Barbershop series of movies in addition to his recent movie Lottery Ticket. Ice Cube is preparing to release his 9th studio album I Am The West, which is due in stores on September 28th. Common has landed high profiles roles in movies like Terminator: Salvation, American Gangster, Smokin’ Aces and his most recent, Just Wright. “Point blank, when Cube and I had beef, I was a fan of his first and foremost, I grew up like loving Cube,” Common told AllHipHop.com. “I still respected him as an artist, but I had to come at him. It’s like a boxer; if somebody challenge you in the ring, you got to go at him. But we all good now, and maybe we can produce a movie together or something.”For the short term, Common is putting his acting career on hold, while he finishes work on his upcoming album, which will be titled The Believer.Work on the album was delayed when Common, born Lonnie Rashid Lynn, took a break from recording to promote his movie Just Wright, which co-starred Queen Latifah. Additionally, Common shot a pilot for an upcoming show on AMC titled Hell on Wheels. Hell on Wheels, which is set in the 1860’s, centers around a group of men working to build the United States’ first transcontinental railroad. “I stopped and did promo for Just Wright, then stopped and did this TV show and was doing a couple other things that I needed to do,” Common told AllHipHop.com in an exclusive interview. “But now I’m focused, and working and I’m really- in all reality, I believe that the new album will come out in the spring. (AllHipHop News) Rap star 50 Cent is being sued for $200,000 by a production company who claims the rapper stiffed them on payments for their work on a movie called Things Fall Apart. Crispy Twig Productions and Nancy Nayor Battino filed a lawsuit against 50 Cent on September 17th in Santa Monica District Court, claiming they had an oral agreement to provide casting services for the rapper’s self-financed film. According to the lawsuit, Crispy Twig was supposed to be paid $5,000 per-week for 19 weeks. The lawsuit claims that 50 Cent breached the contract by falling over $90,000 behind in payments to the production company. Crispy Twig claims they signed on board with the belief that actor James Caan and actress Diana Rodriguez were contracted to perform in the movie, but neither artist has committed to any role, nor has a “capable director been contracted to direct the film.” Crispy Twig is also suing 50 Cent for other employment opportunities they missed while working on Things Fall Apart. According to published reports, the project was supposed to being shooting in May of 2010 in Michigan, with Mario Van Peebles directing a script written by 50 Cent himself, along with Brian Miller. 50 Cent lost over 60 pounds for his role in Things Fall Apart, which centers around a star running back who realizes he has cancer in his senior year of college.
