Non HipHop Rumors: DMX’s Son Responds To Father, “DMX Loves To Play The Victim”

I think I’m going to start writing some news stories. I got a good one. I think they may get pissed, because its not a rumor! DMX’s son Xavier Simmons has responded to his father! Remember X said hat “Iyanla: Fix My Life” made his life worst, which AllHipHop broke exclusively. X-Man said, “The older that I’ve gotten, learning to see him as a person…He loves to play the victim role. At first, he thought the show was going to be all about him. When he started to tackle the tough questions, he just flipped out. Iyanla didn’t make his life worse, he did that,” Xavier said in an online video circulating. He also said that after removing himself from the situation with his father that he was able to find some clarity.

As revealed exclusively, DMX was not pleased with the direction of the show, as he though it would be about an addiction to women. The tone quickly changed to home in on his firstborn son, Xavier, and his addiction to drugs.

Below is the whole interview with Xavier.

Sorry! Its a slow rumors day so I’m jackin’ for news!

Oh, here is a bit of rumor stuff I heard about Xavier. I heard he’s a counselor or something at a local YMCA in upstate New York. He works with kids, I believe.

Damn. It just occurred to me. This sh*t is mad sad, b.

They keep us talking, but if we stop talking about them then they should worry! -illseed.]

All these hard ass rappers got the softest kids in the world!!! Ghostface son is gay. Dr dre son gay. Sug son gay. Dmx son, well, u get the idea….

    • maya

Who’s hard? Who’s soft? Why is it even as issue? All that matter to me is whether or not I like the music. I don’t pretend (nor want) to know the people who make it.

      • Eli Pinilla

Whose making an issue?!?!? Just stating the obvious…and its not about just wether the music is good or not. There has to be honesty in your music, if not, then your rick ross. Honesty is key. Thats why “based on a true story” means more than fiction. Thats why u feel music when u can relate to it and u know its coming from an honest place.

      • maya

That sounds romantic, and all, but I know many people who come from an “honest place” and their music still sucks. People are more complicated than that. And just because you THINK a rapper is hard – all you know is the image. Hell, most people who run with gangs only do it because they are too scared NOT to.

You consider DMX to be hard, but his own son says that he’s always making himself out to be the victim. What’s so hard about that?

      • Eli Pinilla

Im trying to figure out what your defending. Honesty, wether quality or not, will always be respected. And I hope your wise enough to tell the difference between honestu and those that are just making up stories….I dont know dmx or any other rapper. My comment was pointing out the irony in the fact that these dudes come across so hard, but they kids are the complete opposite of the image they potray……dmx is real. And hes a victim just like hes the cause of a lot of pain. They intertwine. Dmx was honest to a fault and is why his life is broadcasted the way it is now. We care about dmx cuz we know its real. That wether right or wrong, he is being honest. People like u who only care about quality of music and dont appreciate honesty in peoples music dont feel for the people going through these situations. If u ever listened to x and understood where he was comming from would understand why hes where hes at now. I dont condone smoking crack, or being a bad parent. But im not gonna bash him eithet cuz I could see thid coming…it was in his music the whole time

      • maya

You are just in love with the image. You don’t know him from a hole in the wall. You only know the part that he let you see.

You are talking about how honest he is, but, in reality, one of the main reasons he is so screwed up is because he is SCARED to be honest – even with himself.

Your concept of hard/soft is superficial and silly. Sorry.

      • Eli Pinilla

I dont have to know him. He says hes on drugs. I see that hes on drugs. He puts himself out there.

How is he scared to be honest and hes talking about these issues and puttin it on tv for the world to see??? Ive never seen people that are scared to be honest agree to be on tv or put thier own demons in thier music.

Your concept on honesty is superficial and silly. People like u are the reason hiphop is where its at now. Cant apreciate honesty when its right in front of u. He put his shit out there beforw he ever agreed to do so on tv. U look at it likes just entertainment and Its not. Your turning hiphop into disco, and tryin to take out any reality that might still exsist in the art form

      • maya

If you were a girl, you’d be easy to run game on.

      • Eli Pinilla

You are a girl, and running game on u would be a waist of time

      • maya

        Waste. W-A-S-T-E.

      • Eli Pinilla

Lmao!!! Auto correction is what people on the internet turn into when they cant defend their points

      • maya

        You proved my point.

      • Troll_E_G

You digging to deep, what the homey said was clear, cut, and dry………….X comes across as a hood alpha male while his son comes across as soft like he been hanging with his mother too much……. whether he gay or not is irrelevant, in society we live in today, most males that grow up without a father and hang with moms all day develop feminine tendencies i.e everyone he mentioned and just cause throw in asap, kanye, n drake

      • maya

“Hood alpha male” = LOSER in the real world. That’s why the hood stay losing. F’d up priorities. F’d up mentality.

      • Troll_E_G

The man prorities in order….on crack and all he provided the best for his family…..he gets a standing ovation for that foh… far as his demons, I cant judge, he a get the help when he ready

      • mosestobymcgeethree

“Based on a true story” means more than fiction?
wtf are you talking about. based on a true story doesn’t mean anything. the AMITYVILLE HORRY STORY was “based on a true story” in that movie then the mom was swallowed up and eaten by her bed. The boy walked into a wall and became a ghost, and a bunch of other shit. the only thing True about it was that a woman and a boy lived in the house. based on a true story don’t mean anything, anyone can say that. there is no verification process. you lying sonofabisch

      • Eli Pinilla

Im taking about reality. And yes, “based on a true story” is a selling point, which is why its advertised, cuz its not fiction. U use the worst example since obviously the amitty ville horror was proven fake. But it was big when thought of to be true. Same with any rapper who was real until proven fake. The reality sold them more. Look at ross for an example of that….and dont try callin me out my name…u wont even put a face next to your comments. Its easy to talk shit when nobody can see u.

    • mosestobymcgeethree

who is your dad? cause you pretty gay too.

      • Eli Pinilla

        Your mom…..

      • mosestobymcgeethree

        good one

      • mademan3000

Yeah my dude that was a pretty good one…glad to see u can still give props even when it goes against u! Grown man shit bruh!

      • When will they learn?

      • Eli Pinilla

I dnt know edo man, people stay tryin me in this shit lol

    • Keith Bussey

      word up son

    • $28825362

      Don’t forget Magic Johnson’s son

      • trlvman357

        Dat nigga flammin!

    • Negro Peligro

Man cosign he wouldn’t be counseling my kids. Oh 30 year old over night boy scout trip ninja.

  • JerZeBoy

DMX first 3 album were a game changer for me. They are classics. Then I guess his addictions got the best of him an he got simple minded. He does need help, hopefully he will realize this before it is too late(DEAD) that he needs to chose his son/family over drugs

  • hoeyuno

Smart kid..d coulda at least told the kid he would try for him. We don’t know the whole story but remember x”I gotta do the right thing for shorty, that means no more gettin high drinkin 40’s”.

    • Bumpy Johnson

in the end of the day shorty dont know his pops struggle…growin up in the PJs in the 80s n 90s was really really hard on peep especially like dmx whose mother was all messed up n stuff…..shit was real back then trust that…its no excuse but sometimes ud have to be in a mans shoes to understand.

      • hoeyuno

O straight up.. but I doubt this kids life was all peaches and cream either. I got mad love for x but I don’t think x has the little button most ppls do to calm down when having to deal with family or legal ppls… .

      • Bumpy Johnson

good point lolol i like ur analogy…..its sad this man sold aloooot n he end up like this

  • Communist Russia.

DMX controversy and pain and extremes are also what make his Music so good.

  • DollasTX

watched the show – DMX is a punk – scraight up!!!

phuck yo fame – niggah nobody respects a HYPE

  • TruthSerum

I never get how guys like this let drugs destroy their careers, them dudes from the Rolling Stones were snorting lines the size of train tracks well into their 50’s at least, they might still be now I dunno but they kept it moving either way but X just fell off after 3 records. I dont think its all to blame on the dope tho, anybody who listened to this guys music knows he has mental problems that have deeper roots then that, I think he self medicates to avoid his real problems. Thats the end of my armchair quarterback psychiatry tho, I dont know the man I just wish him luck

    • brollya

u cant say after 3 albums cuz the great depression and year of the dog was classics too… after them two, den i agree wit u

      • MrNoName2K

Great Depression????? Year of the Dog????? CLASSICS????? IN THE SAME SENTENCE!?!?!?!??? What in the blue hell is on your mind??

    • MrNoName2K

I agree, after” And Then There Was X”, i haven’t heard anything worthy of my time other than a few catchy singles here and there…

    • You make a very good point here. Rockstars take way more drugs than rappers.|
But they don’t let their rowdy image take the better part of them. Fame is a bitch.
And living a 2Pac knucklehead image can take it’s toll.
X was a very talented person in the beginning. When talent counted.
Then it was all about making headlines as a thug. Be out there and make
trouble. It’s strange to see rappers who were no gangsters or thugs in their
20s and 30s, to become those in their 40s. But this is what the audience wants.
Most of us don’t want any music. We just want rappers to make news.
The whole Wu-Tang Clan survived on ODB’s news stories. Pac was more
      drama then music he crated.

      • DollasTX

x aint never really made no trouble – he just acted chaotic and nutso
like a niggah off his meds or a dope fiend needing a fix

please for all your disdain for ANYTHING PAC – dont put these two niggahs in the same sentence

opinions vary – but most can agree on one thing DMX pales in comparison

      • You have never been in a fight with X. 😀

      • DollasTX

c’mon my man – now you stating the obvious

never met the niggah, never bought none of his albums

why in the phuck would you even ask that …

guess you took my X aint never really made any trouble PERSONALLY

outside of TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS and DRUG BUSTS …

what trouble has X caused? what fight was he RUMORED to be in?

only trouble he ever caused was too himself – typical crackhead shyt

  • obamanator

dmx son look same age as dmx lol

  • dee

dmx ex wife started all this shit every show she on she talking down about X and from that interveiw with his son cant nobody tell she hasnt been talking down to her son about X its easy to see but everybody keep blaming X

  • It’s good when a kid learns to see their father/mother as a person & not objectify them, it’s a part of growth. I aint watch the interview but I hope he keep his head up & don’t worry bout livin in his father’s shadow

  • trlvman357

Yo wont give up drugs for his son. Dats some bullshit

this kid is a creep , DMX was just trying to be the cool dad he himself never had took this big head battie bwoy to the mall and showed him ladies bottoms and he got mad ..minus the drugs you can tell dmx is a good father …this fool even said the good things dmx teach him …if I were this bald bulls father I would smack open hand till he piss on himself
