Blaze stated:

I remember the day [Kanye] came to the studio with “Takeover” and everybody went crazy. Myself included. I was working on ‘U Don’t Know’ in the other room. He comes in, and he’s like, “How did you get your horns to do this? And how do the drums…” He was asking me questions about how I constructed that. The same way I would have questions for him about how he might have chopped up certain things.

I never would have thought this at the time but 15 years later, I like it more than Reasonable Doubt.

I gotta agree. In orlando we got 2 clubs down town. Vintage and next door NV anyway. NV plays todays hiphop man I’m sorry nobody dancing to music that’s predominantly dance music. It could be the DJ but he going in with music like back 2 back etc. Man everybody just looking at each other. On the vintage side sure they playing with about a decade and a half worth of music. Its totally different. You can see it play out. Clubbing is wack for my old self but I go from time to time.

Blue Print was my favorite album of all time. For me. I like allot of soul in my music. Lyrics and soul beats. Like Kanye intro said. I grew up on Soul Food.
