Nah, TIP bought that case flat out.  After 3 Million Dollars just to make bail, then, and additional 100 grand (not even mentioning what kind of money they keeping quiet about), major community service, and a year in jail...why would he have to snitch?  Hell, him and Tiny are asking fans for baby shower gifts!!!    

I'd say there's a 10 percent chance he snitched, and a 90 percent chance that the government milked this dude for everything he had.  The goverment ain't thinking about no street cats...they already know who's doing what anyway.  And once they crack down on them, they'll just stamp the shit and send it right back out the door so they can bait more young black men.
