A judicial delegate in the 12th judicial district in Bronx, N.Y, and a former NYS democratic committeeman, Ronald Savage, is releasing a book making claims that Hip-Hop pioneer Afrika Bambaataa molested him several times in the late 70’s. Savage says he wanted to be in with the “in crowd” and he felt what was happening to him was wrong, but he didn’t realize until he was older that he was being molested. Mannnn.
