Cassie has reportedly fled the U.S. forever. Diddy is in jail. And there’s what’s left.
Clayton Howard is not backing down. The Sean “Diddy” Combs drama is not winding down.
The former escort is at the center of one of the more unusual lawsuits connected to the Diddy saga. He’s done some press and gone back to college for law. He is going hard at Cassie Ventura and her legal team. Howard, who filed a federal lawsuit against both Diddy and Cassie in California, claims he was sexually exploited for years during their infamous “freak offs.”
Howard recently uploaded a nearly 10 minute response after Cassie filed a motion seeking to have his lawsuit dismissed. Let’s just say he did not come with a legal analysis. He came with all the smoke.
Howard spent much of the video challenging how he has been portrayed publicly. He basically called us, the viewers of the mess, sheep. One of his biggest frustrations appears to be being labeled an escort. Dude said “I have not done that in over 10 years.” According to him, that doesnot accurately reflect who he is today. He also accused media outlets of repeating narratives without examining the full context. Sorry, my brother.
Then he went to Cassie and her attorneys at the Wigdor law firm. Howard alleges they are purposely trying to undermine his credibility and intimidate him into silence. Those claims are allegations and have not been proven in court. I think he needs to wait for Diddy to get out and then go for it. Or at least drag this out. Because, guess who is “out”…CASSIE!

Perhaps the most controversial part of Howard’s video centers on Cassie’s testimony during Diddy’s criminal trial. Howard argues that portions of her sworn testimony support the allegations outlined in his own lawsuit. He further contends that Cassie was not fully truthful in her account.
That interpretation is likely to spark debate.
Cassie testified as a victim during Diddy’s 2025 federal criminal case, describing coercive sexual encounters and what she characterized as abuse. Diddy was ultimately convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and received a 50 month prison sentence. He was acquitted on the more serious racketeering and sex trafficking charges.
Howard insists the motion to dismiss relies heavily on procedural arguments such as timing and legal technicalities rather than directly addressing the substance of his allegations. Whether that argument gains traction remains to be seen.
One thing is certain. Even with Diddy behind bars and Cassie reportedly living a much quieter life away from the spotlight, the fallout from this saga appears far from over.
