Justin Nunez, known to his fans as DJ Express, is an independent artist from Bridgewater, New Jersey. DJ Express got his start in music when he was just 14 years old and has had a passion for it ever since. His father was a DJ in New York City which made him want to get into DJing and producing to follow in his footsteps and take his career to a new level.
DJ Express got his start making remixes on SoundCloud and gathered a strong following there. He faced some hardship after his account got deleted for making remixes and this caused him to change paths and start making his own original content rather than remixing. This gave him a new outlook on music and his own skills which made him fall in love with the craft even more.
DJ Express currently produces every single song from scratch from start to finish. This allows his fans to feel his energy in every beat and truly get the great feeling he wants to portray through his music. Throughout his career, DJ Express has had many successes but his most notable is having multiple songs on the radio with over 5 million streams on all platforms. DJ Express draws his inspiration from his father as well as many artists including DJ 48, IAMCHINO, and Sharo Towers.
He hopes to one day be able to work with Sharo Towers, as he believes they could make groundbreaking hits within the electronic music world. DJ Express has a lot of exciting projects in the works including a collaboration with Jbramah. Together they are working to create a La Guaracha sound that will move people all over the world.
