Frank Vanegas – “Pick You Up” Video

Frank Vanegas presents a sound that is a musical blend of conscious trap and traditional Hip Hop.

Known for his camera work with The DreamYungeen Ace, and Busta RhymesA1Vision recently directed the official music video for Frank Vanegas “Pick You Up.” The HD-clip follows Frank’s The Cratez-produced single, which was created immediately after the Queens, NY based Latino Hip-Hop artist was released from prison on distribution charges. Led by choreographer Jerry “Curls” Paulino, the visual for the Caribbean-infused cut finds Vanegas surrounded by an assortment of aesthetically pleasing women. Under a piercing red light, in what appears to be a VIP lounge, he recites the song’s lyrics while taking time to work the room and entertain each piece of eye candy. Born and raised in Queens, New York, Frank Vanegas’ passion for music began at a very early age, but it wasn’t until the Colombian-American rap act completed his 30 month prison stint for drug distribution that he started taking his career seriously. Returning home with a renewed mindset, he began penning songs based on real life experiences while blending conscious trap and traditional Hip Hop. Check out the video for “Pick You Up” above!
