A bench warrant for the arrest of Foxy Brown was rescinded after a court mix-up called for the arrest of the rapper who was recently released from New York’s Rikers Island.Laura Dilimetin, Browns lawyer, said that the date was rescheduled with all parties but the change was not updated on the official court calendar. The court did issue a bench warrant, but it was recalled later in the day Monday, according to tmz.com.Foxy Brown’s court date for May 6 was rescheduled for May 8. Brown faces assault and weapons charges, stemming from an altercation with a Brooklyn neighbor.
