The last year has been filled with stories about celebrities’ homes being broken into by thieves. Unfortunately, the world lost rising star Bashar “Pop Smoke” Jackson in 2020 when he was killed by intruders during a home invasion in Hollywood Hills.
Another Hip Hop artist’s Los Angeles-area residence was broken into recently as well. According to TMZ, Bad Boy Entertainment founder Sean “Diddy” Combs’s house in the Toluca Lake neighborhood was the target of a burglary.
The building’s security system was apparently triggered after someone pried open a side door. A caretaker reportedly detected the forced entry. Local police are said to be investigating the incident. It is not clear if anything was taken from the property.
Diddy’s Toluca Lake home was the same location where his ex-girlfriend and mother of three of his children, Kimberly Porter, was tragically found dead in 2018. Last month, Combs paid tribute to the late model on her December 15th birthday.
