Cardi B. sat down to talk with Ellen, and she gave some really solid advice to young rappers looking to get into the game.

(AllHipHop News) Cardi B has urged young rappers to follow pal Travis Scott’s example and record all their performances.

The “Bodak Yellow” hitmaker sat down with child star Young Dylan during a recent appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and offered up a few tips on how to make it big in the hip-hop game.

The 26-year-old told the youngster to keep practicing – and always get his rhymes on camera.

“Make sure you record every single time you rap because, let me tell you something, there’s this guy called Travis Scott and he did a documentary and he had videos of when he was a little kid,” Cardi offered. “And I was like, ‘Wow, I wish my parents had recorded me when I was a little kid’.

“So you should record yourself when you’re rapping so when you become a big star, you can do the same thing he did.”

Young Dylan is already well on his way to fame – he’ll star in a new kids’ show, developed by Tyler Perry.
