DJ Screw, born Robert Davis Jr. has died of a heart attack on Wednesday, November 16th.
Screw, who was recently honored by fellow mix DJ Funkmaster Flex, was one of the biggest DJ’s from Texas.
In addition to being a DJ, he owned two record stores, appeared in a number of straight to video movies, wrote a column for Platinum Magazine and rapped on various Southern rap projects.
