Ice Cube Responds To 'Straight Outta Compton' Oscar Snub: "We Ain’t Worried About It!"

ICE CUBE HAS WORDS FOR THE ACADEMY AWARDS.

(AllHipHop News) Today (Jan. 14), while in New York City, Ice Cube shared his thoughts about the N.W.A. biopic, Straight Outta Compton, not receiving an Oscar nomination for Best Picture.  “We ain’t worried about it,” said during the respected actor. He then assured TMZ, “We good though.”

As the all-time highest grossing film by a Black director, the critically-acclaimed biopic, was nominated for the best Original Screenplay. DJ Yella, MC Ren, Dr. Dre, Eazy-E, and Ice Cube make up the iconic Hip-Hop group. O’Shea Jackson, Jr played his father in the film. His portrayal of hiss legendary father resonated with the public.
