Judge Issues Dress Code For Tekashi 6ix9ine Trial Against Nuke

Tekashi 6ix9ine and his former gang buddy Nuke will be suited up in court when they face off next week.

(AllHipHop News) An alleged gang member who terrorized New York City with Tekashi 6ix9ine will look sharp in court next week during his trial, thanks to the Bureau of Prisons.

6ix9ine, real name Daniel Hernandez, will take the stand against Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack.

Mack is indicted for peddling drugs and perpetrating acts of violence to move up the ranks in the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.

Mack is one of approximately a dozen men who were rounded up by the feds and hit with RICO charges for their alleged involvement with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.

Nearly everyone charged in the case has pleaded guilty, including Tekashi 6ix9ine, who agreed to cooperate with the feds.

His old manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan was just sentenced to 15 years in prison, while his former bodyguard was hit with five years, after he was shot during a brawl at Philippe Chow.

The only holdouts were Mack and another gangster named Harv Ellison, who is charged with abducting 6ix9ine and ransacking $750,000 worth of jewels from him.

The judge overseeing gave Mack a new wardrobe, who will shed his prison garb when he faces off against Tekashi 6ix9ine on September 16.

The prison gave Mack:

Three (3) shirts

Three (3) ties

Three (3) pairs of socks

Two (2) blazers/sport coats

Two (2) trousers/pants

Two (2) sweaters

One (1) pair of shoes

One (1) belt
