(AllHipHop News) Lil Uzi Vert wants his fans to know he has not abandoned them whatsoever.
The Philly rapper has been gaining notoriety as of late, for his penchant to bail on big festivals.
Then last week, Lil Uzi announced he would not be making it to the Leeds Festival in the UK.
Now the rapper is calling on his fans to support him in a trying time for his family, since his grandmother has been in very bad health.

“My grandma been in the hospital for MONTHS man she had a tumor over her eye the Doctors removed half of it when she finally woke she had a stroke on her entire left side and cannot move it . IF YOU DONT KNOW THATS WHO RAISE ME..I love my grandma more than Clothes,” Lil Uzi said.
Last night, Lil Uzi’s grandmother made it home from the hospital, but she is still suffering from a variety of serious ailments.

“I’m scared excited happy and sad but mostly thankful. So Today my Grandma is coming home she was in the hospital and rehab for months she cannot walk. She cannot talk all the way but I feel her gettin better by the second,” Lil Uzi Vert revealed.
The Philadelphia rapper has never shied away from giving his grandmom props for raising him.
In fact, in 2017 Lil Uzi Vert achieved one of his biggest dreams: he moved his grandmother out of the hood and bought her a big house in the suburbs.
Lil Uzi apologized to his fans for missing headlining acts alongside some of the biggest rappers in the world, including acts like Post Malone, Future, Rae Sremmurd, and others.
