EIHT

returns to the scene in 2001 with a brand

new album. Embarking on the May, 2001 release of his 6th solo

album entitled ‘Tha8t’z Gangsta’, MC EIHT stands poised with

a new focus and vision to take control of his career and music.

As a founding

member of the famed west coast rap group Compton’s Most Wanted

(CMW) that sold 636,683 albums from 1990-1992, MC EIHT has

endured his fair share of struggles while reaching for his

dreams. As a solo artist he recorded such hits as the gold

certified single ‘Streiht Up Menace’ for the ‘Menace to Society’

soundtrack (he also starred in the movie as ‘A-Wax’), and

the gold certified album ‘We Come Strapped’. Eiht knows the

formula for success, selling 1,237,580 units from 1994-2000.

Departing from Priority Records this year, he also knew that

there was no better time than now to set his own course and

capitalize on his greatest personal investment-himself.
