Nate Dogg’s Tombstone Getting An Upgrade Like Eazy-E’s

The same artist who hooked up a tombstone for the late Eazy-E is working on another one for West Coast legend, Nate Dogg.

(AllHipHop News) Nate Dogg is a West Coast legend.

Now, he will be acknowledged in a major way: with a decked-out tombstone similar to Eazy-E’s.

Just last week on his 55th birthday, Eazy’s family revealed a new tombstone at Rose Hills Cemetery which was stamped with the words “The Godfather of Gangsta Rap.”

Now it’s Nate Dogg’s turn.

The Long Beach rapper (and cousin of Snoop Dogg) will be getting the same treatment for his marker, designed by the same individual who did Eazy-E’s.

Tim Cemetery said Nate Dogg’s family hit him up this week hoping to add a new headstone to the rapper’s plot.

The current headstone is described as “basic,” as it’s been sitting there for quite some time.

Nate Dogg’s close friends and family saw the upgraded tombstone for Eazy-E and wanted something comparable for the late rapper.

The “Music & Me” rapper passed away in 2011 at the age of 41. He was buried at Forest Lawn cemetery in Long Beach.

The new stone is slated to take 60 days to be created and completed, with an expected date of December 1 for its arrival.
