EXCLUSIVE: Nipsey Hussle’s Alleged Killer Will Appear In Court In November

Eric Holder Jr. is due in court next month, where a battle over his trial date is expected to begin.

(AllHipHop News) The man accused of killing Nipsey Hussle will appear in a Los Angeles courtroom next month.

Eric Holder Jr. has been charged with gunning down Nipsey in front of his Marathon Clothing store on March 31.

In April, Holder pleaded not guilty to one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.

On November 11th, Holder will appear in court at 8:30 a.m. where a judge is expected to set a date for his trial over the cold-blooded killing of Nipsey Hussle.

Earlier this week, Eric Holder was in court with his attorney, who filed motions to have the attempted murder charges.

USC Annenberg Media recently published an article with Deputy District Attorney, John McKinney, who is prosecuting the case.

McKinney explained that Holder and his attorneys have been waving their right for a trial within 60 days, to adequately prepare a defense.

“Given the magnitude of the case, the complexities of the case, work his defense attorney needs to do, he knew it wasn’t in his best interest to try to go to trial right now,” McKinney told USC Annenberg Media.

On November 11, prosecutors are expected to object to Holder’s motion to dismiss the attempted murder charges and ask for a trial date to be set.
