Offset wiped his Instagram and X accounts after posting a series of heated messages aimed at Cardi B and Stefon Diggs following the pair’s public appearance over the weekend that stirred up personal tensions and online backlash.
The Hip-Hop artist’s frustration appeared to boil over after a photo circulated showing his son Wave sporting a hairstyle similar to Diggs, a wide receiver for the New England Patriots.
Offset shared a now-deleted post warning of potential consequences.
“Now when somebody die for playing with my son then call me the crash out,” he wrote. “Idc how I look, trolling wit my kid ends bad.”
The drama escalated after footage of Cardi B and Diggs surfaced online from a yacht party, which coincided with the start of the NFL’s organized team activities.
Although attendance wasn’t required, Diggs’ absence drew criticism from Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel, especially since it’s his first season with the team.
Offset’s reaction online was swift and intense. Shortly after the posts, he deactivated both his X and Instagram accounts. The move came as his divorce from Cardi B continues to play out publicly, with Offset requesting spousal support in court filings.
Cardi B didn’t hold back in response. During an X Spaces session, she lashed out, saying she wanted Offset to “die slow.”
The Bronx-born rapper and Offset were married for six years and share three children. The couple’s split has been marked by public disputes and emotional outbursts, with their latest clash drawing attention across social media and sports circles alike.
Offset’s accounts remained deactivated as of Wednesday (June 4).
