(AllHipHop News) Prodigy of Mobb Deep has written some of the most graphic street raps known to Hip-Hop, but his one of his children has revealed another side to P.

In a touching Instagram post, one of his kids believed to be his daughter, offered the following:

“You have such a beautiful soul & it saddens me that there is so many people who will never get the chance to meet , experience AND appreciate this side of you . I love you dad & you will forever be a blessing to this world and to my heart . Thank you …we miss you . ❤️”

On Friday, Prodigy’s family appeared at the NJPAC center in Newark, NJ to honor the Mobb Deep general, who died on June 20. Havoc, the other half of the group, performed a medley of Prodigy and Mobb Deep classics too. It was a somber affair that included Ice-T, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah and others from the Hip-Hop community.
